Hello,

I'm new to Penis Enlargement, but I already have some questions/theories.
1. In Penis Enlargement a lot of guys say that turtling is bad.
2. When you kegel you retract your penis into your body.
That being said:
Shouldn't it be better to kegel before your workout? That way you will loosing things up a bit and make the area a bit weaker, so it will be easier to change the structure: gaining lenght (because I think the PC-muscle hinders the movement of pulling the penis out of the body).

Any thoughts on this?
 
1.turtling it's sign of overdose from Penis Enlargement,it's not negative it's neutral,so that's mean you need to slow down little with the intensity.
2.when you kegel you are training the bc muscle,or the only part of penis which is muscle just like biceps,triceps e.t.c,help with premature ejaculation,increase size little,give strong and long erections.

This is usually how it is when you start. After you have been in the game for a while you forget ALL about this happening, believe it.

But I think no one really understood what I was asking. I don't have turtling, so I'm not complaining about anything.

No one had any thoughts on my theorie, is there someone that has?

In theory that is correct. You would possibly fatigue quicker and that might be a reason to kegel after. Although a kegel is more of a flex for your penis not so much is it retracting into your body as you trying to engorge it with blood and it has a tendency to feel like it is being pulled back, after you have flaccid gains there is no concern of this. I kegel all day so before or after a workout I am kegeling, and I kegel during my exercises as well.

Never thought someone else would have had this idea, before me! Those are some good stretches btw, but the A-stretch puts a lot of pressure on your glans, right? I'm kinda worried about injuries in that area.
