A Stretch?

I need help on how to perform DLD blasters, but I dont know how to get in the “A” Stretch.please help. possibly a link to the a stretch, I couldnt find it in the links to the excercises post.

Hey Mack10 - still has a great stretch explanation and a few of his variations in this section - just go back a few pages here and look for his name as the poster under his headline. He has pics and the whole explanation. Very good explanation. Hope this works bro. M

Everything you need to know is contained in the DLD BLASTERS thread.

Yup, you should find everything you need in the DLD Blasters thread, if you still have any questions on how to properly perform then you can post another message here, or feel free to send me a PM and I'll give you further instructions.

hey dld, what excercises do you use in your routine, im just curious of how u got that thing.hehe

I am currently doing a complete fulcrum routine as far as stretching. It will be on the forum and site next week. My girth routine is supersets using Dual Dry Jelqs, DLD Bends, Slow Squash Jelqs and Isolated Compression Squeezes.

doublelong what is so much better about the A strech than doing a normal stech down towards the ground.

I guess it is all preference. Experiment with the different stretches and see which one works best for you. I like the Footlong stretch best right now but the A-Stretch is extremely powerful too.
