A silicone sleeve

So I'm having a bit of trouble because of my disability I have to put the device erect (there is no possible way around this, that is the only way it can be done with my disability), by the time it goes flaccid (by not touching is therefore not causing a reflex erection) vmy penis comes down quite a bit in the device, the head doesn't stay near the top. Of course I can pump it to bring it back up but I use a medium sleeve once I am flaccid Air tends to slip out as I don't fill the whole thing. Mind you the small sleeve is far too small can't even get it in, and the large sleeve is far too big so I use the large bell and the medium sleeve. I've read that the AB silicone sleeves are more effective option, Do you think this will help my problem? iam 5.5 inch long erect therefore I want to be stretching the entire 5.5 inches in The device correct? I'm on their website, which product do I want the anti-turtle sleeve??

Have you thought about wrapping a layer of theraband before the sleeve? That could fill the excess space bra

and ab siliocne will be even more harder to roll compared to PF sleeves

I have not, that won't cut off circulation or anything right?

It shouldn't. I get real dry skin on the edge of my glans every once and a while, so I apply Vaseline or moisturizer and wrap my head with sports pre-wrap. My PF still works fine. Don't use a lot of theraban but it will be trial and error so be prepared to get pissed lol.
At Walmart, in the women's workout section, they have different thicknesses of theraban for different strength levels. If someone can get you some, you'll be good.

no it wont i have tried this.....but the onyl thing is when u start the pumping.....the therband also gets sucked in
