ok i have a few questions so ill try to organize them for you guys.

1. first off ligs. i here people talk about them and i know they are ligaments. my question is, are they up the whole lenght of the penis, or are they mostly around the base? because there is a stretch i do(probably not new, but basically i end up stretching my penis so the head is right around my anus. i put one leg up on a coffee table, reach under the leg and get a reverse ok grip on my penis. then i move one ball to each side and pull my penis backwards as far back as i can. usually the head of my penis ends up resting right near my asshole. then i put my leg back on the ground and i feel this really intensepull right at the base of my penis. ) and i really feel a good pull. am i actually stretching the ligs here?

2. Tunica. again i hear a lot about it, but my question is basically this. As i understand it, the tunica is what sort of holds the chambers so they dont over fill with blood. is that correct? so would tunica stretches be more for girth then?

3. as of now im more focused on my length rather than girth(my girth is pretty decent i think). so basically my workout is the dld [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words](in addition to the stretch i talked about before) except i dont do jelqs. are jelqs necessary for length gains, or are they more for girth? the thing is that i only have about 45 minutes a day to do a Penis Enlargement workout, so i only usually have enough time for the stretches(with a warm up and a warm down). now if jelqs are necessary for length i could probably work my schedule to fit them in, but it would be a tight fit. so are they necessary for length gains?

1. Basically, stretching straight down works the ligs, yes.

2. AFAIK, the tunica is the "bag" that is mentioned when some people describe the penis as a bag not a rope. Therefore, is can be lengthened and widened. Girth exercises do indeed widen (increase the diameter of) the tunica, and stretching upwards towards your chest as well as A/V stretches (especially bundled) work on stretching out the tunica as well.

3. Jelqs are noty necessary for length gains; they are a great newbie exercise that is relativwely low-impact with great results from such little effort and strain. I have never done jelqs seriously. I might do 300 jelqs in a week if I feel like going crazy. Flaccid stretching is the best for length gains. Some worthwhile exercises are bundled DLD blasters, bundled A or V stretches, as well as the array of straight stretches in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. If you haven't be Penis Enlargementing very long, I would recommend sticking with the stretches in that routine; lots of people have seen amazing results from it.
