Hey guys,

First of all I'd like to thank all of the guys that supported me last time through Penis Enlargement. Although I abandoned Penis Enlargement for long time, due to other things going on in my life, I'm now ready to give it another go.

I've recently been inspired by the progress of some of the members here, with very quick gains. I do want to put in a good few years in Penis Enlargement and get to the goal, which despite my username is closer to 9 x 6.5 now. We'll see how it goes.

I spent a lot of time the first time around, reading about Penis Enlargement on here and learning from the experience of others. In the short time that I was doing Penis Enlargement I noticed a fast increase in erection quality, girth and length. I don't know about after years of Penis Enlargement but I feel I will probably be a fast initial gainer.

In terms of the routine that I shall be practicing, I'll be looking to hang and do jelqing work initially, with clamping coming in later - probably after a few months at a relatively low intensity. At the moment I'm hanging every day for 2 10 minute sets. A user here, I forget his username, suggested that length of time with hanging was the biggest factor to success. After reading others' comments, I'm going to build up to a 3 day a week extended hang session with a day inbetween, to give my piece a chance to rest.

I will post some pictures of my plans so you guys can comment sometime over the next few days. I'll be measuring midshaft erect girth and bone pressed erect length each week on a Monday, so I will hope to update either Mondays or Tuesdays.

Attached here is my first measurements. The hot pink line indicates where I got to before, when I was quite slim. I still have a bit of weight to lose so I expect at least getting to this line will be easy in both cases. The red line indicates goal.

Measurements should be taken each week and I think a visual record like this makes it easy to see how progress is being made.

Here is my proposed workout plan for in say, 3 or 4 months time. The thick black boxes represent stuff I'll be doing from now, and the clamping sessions either side of workouts are what will be added last.
 
Just received some cable clamps, ready for clamping later next year... but unfortunately they are too small, so gotta keep looking. Progress is going well, i'm immediately noticing a longer flaccid hang as is common with hanging and Penis Enlargement in general from what i've read. :)
 
Been having some good sets, I shall post my progress tomorrow. I almost feel ready to start the evening sessions, even though I've only been at this for a week. I might go for the same session at night as in the morning, to begin with.
 
Hey everyone. Quite pleased with the progress I've made, you can see it below here. +0.6cm length and +0.3cm girth is good for just one week. I've decided to continue with just morning sessions this week, to give a chance for basic conditioning. I'll move into a light evening set next week.
 
Still at it, just had a reasonable session. Can't wait till I measure again on Monday - feels like I might have more girth out of it this time.
 
Hmm, amazingly no change from last week, the conditioning must've started. I did feel a bit thicker yesterday though so perhaps this measurement is an anomaly. Also, I will have to measure on Saturday for next week as I will be away from Sat-Tues. Way to get the plan started! I can do jelqs that saturday night, and i'm going to have to do a shit load of them to try and compensate for the lack of Penis Enlargement until Tuesday. Still positive though :)
 
I'm not complaining at any specific members here, but I was kind of hoping for a little bit of support, I think thats why we all start these logs really. It doesn't matter; instead i'm going to document my Penis Enlargement journey for my own satisfaction so I can see how far I've come. To prevent people from claiming that I lie, I'm also going to take videos every so often to measure progress.
 
What were your stats on your first run of Penis Enlargement?
The gains from your first week were really good. Maybe this were lost gains from before?
That could be a reason for not growing at the same rate as the first week.
Anyways, your routine looks good to me. You should gain from it if you keep it up.
Don't feel down about what looks like conditioning, try to press on for a month and see if its still the same.
 
Excellent spread sheet, it makes it so easy to see gains, training exercises and reps. Is this a custom data base
 
Yea, I made an excel spreadsheet for the gains... I'd upload it for people here - trouble is most people want different gains. Some will want just 1 inch whilst others may want to add 2. I can send it to you if you like?

Thanks for the encouragement KingCobra, I've also invested in a pump which I intend to use at both high pressure for short periods, and low pressure from long periods. Both routes make sense to me.

I am not sure how often i'll be reposting stuff here but I will be recording video logs of my progress occasionally. This is the only way anyone can truly believe where i've come from to where I'm going to... however long that takes.

Thanks for the response. i would love to work some kind of hack so every user could have a data base on training, gains, goals, etc.
 
Hmm, i'm not sure how that would work with excel... but instead you could develop a flash application that would do the same job. You'd have a database for each user like you say but I don't know how you'd do it for anything but gains in specific areas - there are so many ways to get there, hanging, clamping, etc... and so many durations that to program them all into a system would be pretty hard.

As far as developing a flash tool, i can help you design the front end but my database programming / flash interaction is pretty weak... maybe another user here could lend a hand?
 
You could just find a standalone script and place it under a subdomain like memberlogs.mattersofsize.com . If you can find one that is. I don't know of any vbulletin addons that are to do with user logs, but you can start with searching weight forums that operate under vbulletin. Those would be the first forums of any to get them. You might also check out http://forum.bodybuilding.com/ . They use vbulletin v3.8.

The only thing that is bad about the subdomain thing is that it wont be specific to a member. Something to do with profiles would be much better and cleaner.
 
I actually used to do that here smerc, so I know exactly what you mean... I think what DLD picked up on and what I like is that the sheet shows not only the current stats, the goals and the beginning but also each step of the way as well... a lot of information in a small area.

I'll be happy to upload an xls containing the sheet I've used; people can then go on to modify it as necessary
 
I've included a zip with a generic excel version of my gains table (please repost at your leisure DLD)

To use:

1. unzip and keep somewhere readily accessible.
2. delete the rows (using the left hand row indicators) that do not pertain to your goals (this will make the screen capture easier) for example, if you are 7 inches and want to get to 10 inches, you would want to delete anything below 6.5 and anything above 10.5 inches.
3. highlight the row of your starting stat, and right click > format cells. Go to the boarder tab and select the relevant boarder with a colour that stands out. Do similar for your goal, so that they are visible on your captures.
4. repeat for girth.
5. select the cells that represent each week and go right click > format cells > fill > select black. That will create a similar look to as I have.
