My starting lenght is 7.5 and my girth is about 5.5. My goal is to 9X6 by then end of October. My curent rountine I just started today is this.

4 sets of streching forward, down left and right. Each strecth is held for 60 seconds each.

Next I do 5 sets of Power Strecthes for 30 seconds each. Then I just fresstyle for about 5 minutes. Next I take a break for 5 minutes. Then I do 1000 Jelqs while I am semi hard. I did 1300 today all in one sitting. Then I warm done by eaither doing hot wraps or getting in the shower. I work 5 days a week Sunday threw Thursday. Resting is the most important part to me next to working out. Because you need to give your body a chance to rest in order to grow.What do you all think? My mane focus is to realy add lenght. But extra girth would be fine to. Also, my penis curves to th right a liltle bit. Do you think that the jelqs will help straighten it?
 
I havent done any damage. Trust I know when to stop. But my hands do begin to hurt when I do my streches. Does anyone know how to prevent this?
 
My hands give out before my penis. You must have strong hands rod buster.

This will probably improve over time because the muscles in your hand that you use to grip will become stronger and gain higher endurance, enabling you to grip for longer without straining the hand muscles. Being a guitar player my hands can last quite a long time but they still give out after a hardcore stretching session.
 
Ok I have just came up wiht a new routine that I will go by until I reach 9 inches.

First I strech to the left, right, foward and down for 60 seconds 4x.
Power streches foward 30 seconds 5x. Left and right 30 seconds 1X.
Behind the cheeks to the center left and right for 60 seconds 3x.
Wet Jelqs 1000 reps at a semi erect state.
Then I will jelq to the left to help my curve with 1 set of 50.
Then do 200 PC squezes.
Cool down my getting in the shower.

Do you think this is enough to help my curve? It's bent to the right slightely
 
Im trying to start jelqing against the curve(upwards) but it sometimes gets uncomfortable, I mostly just try and do as many erect bends as I have time to instead and jelq normally.
