My starting lenght is 7.5 and my girth is about 5.5. My goal is to 9X6 by then end of October. My curent rountine I just started today is this.
4 sets of streching forward, down left and right. Each strecth is held for 60 seconds each.
Next I do 5 sets of Power Strecthes for 30 seconds each. Then I just fresstyle for about 5 minutes. Next I take a break for 5 minutes. Then I do 1000 Jelqs while I am semi hard. I did 1300 today all in one sitting. Then I warm done by eaither doing hot wraps or getting in the shower. I work 5 days a week Sunday threw Thursday. Resting is the most important part to me next to working out. Because you need to give your body a chance to rest in order to grow.What do you all think? My mane focus is to realy add lenght. But extra girth would be fine to. Also, my penis curves to th right a liltle bit. Do you think that the jelqs will help straighten it?
