I'm 18 years old, 7.5 inch BPenis EnlargementL, and the same NBPenis EnlargementL (i'm skinny)
just under 5.5 inch girth
also 5.5 inch flaccid length BP and NBP
and I've got a curve to the left :)

I'm just wondering what kind of goals I could/should be setting myself? What would be realistic short term/long term goals?

Also, has anyone got any tips on starting out? One problem I've had is keeping it from my girlfriend, as we live together.

First off, welcome aboard. Since youre co-habitating with your g/f....I would probably go ahead and find some way to break it to her that youre engaging in this form of self improvement...maybe not because you feel you need it...because she's very likely to tell you something like "you dont NEED it...I love you the way you are"...but to make things easier on you, so youre not having to hide it.

Far as goals go, anything within reason is do able. It's very realistic that you could gain a couple inches in length or girth or both at the least. You need to set a short term goal for yourself say, for the next 6 months to a year. Stick to it for at least a few months, on a dedicated schedule.

Yeah, I think I might tell her. She's all for other forms of body modification, she stretches her ears after all, so it'd be hypocritical for her to be anything other than supportive really.

A couple of inches would be pretty good! 9.5x7.5? hehe. I'll see what I can do.

Just out of interest, what do you find to be the best exercises? Stretching/jelqing/something else?

It's really all about experimentation. Do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for a month and see if you have made any progress. If not, step it up and throw in some new excercises. There is a ton of info to be read here and many things to try.

I think the best thing now for girth has to be Slow squash jelqs ( but instead pushing with my palm i grip with my hand and push down) and for length is definately the hanging because of its ability to hold the stretch for a longer period of time.
