Hope you might be able to help me with a question. I have read that after about a week of jelquing you should start to notice your cock hanging lower, heavier etc, but the opposite is happening to mine - it looks pretty good after a session but almost immediately (5-10 mins) starts to shrink and retract in on itself like it's real cold (perhaps I scared it)! I can honestly say I think it's actually looking smaller than before... Please tell me if this is normal, I know it's cold here in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] but not that fucking cold..

yea i almost possitive your "overdueing it" you might be doing to much too early.....take it nice and easy next session, and keep it 15 mins, and always warm wrap. let me know if it still shrivles up after....
 
Thanks man, I guess i'm steaming in too hard - don't wanna do any damage. Great stats by the way, will keep you posted on mine. Also - my lifestyle means that I can only train 4 times a week at the beginning of the week - I spend weekends with a certain "someone" who I don't want knowing about my Penis Enlargement sessions (yeah I know - it's growing on it's own???) Is it ok to do it this way or do I need to find some way of breaking up the routine so it's staggered thru the week?

four times a week is perfect, and any chanc you get on the weekend, do mini sessions.....to maintain its growth thanks, what are your stats by the way?
 
Pe is about stretching... and a constant stimulation will greatly encourage growth, as opposed to muscle where you need to give it rest. Sure don't overtrain... if it hurts, it hurts... I personally do some mini sessions during the day, even if it's 5 mins. of course I can do a bigger session later, but some quick jelqs / clamps/ stretch can't hurt (well you know what I mean :) )

Its possible to overtrain the body and get awesome results by the way. Of coarse you have to know how to manage it. Im not trying to be a smart ass, but there is so many myths in weight training that it drives me crazy to hear it. But as far as overtraining the penis, i have no clue on that one. but weight training you can overtrain if you know how to manage it, which is very difficult. Iv been wanting to do mini sessions but im very busy throughout the whole week, its hard enough doing my Pe session alone. I wish i could do mini sessions. <:(

Eventually you will have to rest I guess... at least 1 day a week there:P

yeah im talking about the workout adam archuleta does. He plays for the saint louis rams. They train 6 days a week hour to 2 hours a day. sometimes twice a day. They never train on sundays.
 
Hey ggogeta im just curious. I know this isnt what this thread was for but why did you get into Penis Enlargement. Like whats your reasons. Im a really curious person, i like knowing why people get into this stuff.

hehe just kidding... I just wanted what everyman want.. a Bigger tool. But then I found so much support and informations on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] that I'm now satisfied with my current size, not that much because I had gains, but more for little details like flaccid vs erect size, possibility to get bigger, average numbers, the fact that I'm not the only one wishing to have a bigger penis etc...

what about you ? ;)
