I haven't made any great gains yet. Just my flaccid size has increased from 2 inches to 4 inches in length, 2 inches to 4.5 in girth. Which the GF teases me about now and calls it a little fatty, so I know its working.

I have this extreme soreness and dryness around the Glan area where I pull for length and it's gotten so extreme that sex has almost become unbearable. Recently I have to do 2 days on and 2 days off to let the soreness subside.

For the dryness I been using "Burt's Bees" Foot Creme with vitamin E. Works great for jelqing also. And the GF loves the taste too. She doesn't know I use it and makes a claim my Cock taste so good to her and loves to slop on the candy stick now. So I know thats working for me too.

My question is . . .
Does anyone else encounter this extreme soreness and is there something to prevent it. Reason is, its becoming discouraging to continue. What the use of a Monster Cock if you can't use it due to extreme soreness.

I guess a logical answer would be to train within your limits. You are doing the right thing about taking time off if you're sore and I'm sure we've all done the same. With the way my stretching is going right now I NEED a day off between sessions (sometimes 2 days off) just to let the glans heal and the ligs heal. Both get sore from my hard stretching. You could try lowering the intensity/duration of your sessions to hit it more often. The key is finding that mix of perfect intensity (not over kill though) and doing it as frequently as possible. But, also, your tolerance to soreness will increase the longer you Penis Enlargement, where what seems like a long hard Penis Enlargement session to you now will seem easy in a couple months.

I believe your right about finding the correct mix for myself. The soreness is the skin being irritated from the excessive grip and pulling. Finding what works and what doesn't work will take time to discover.

Yeah man you've done 2 months straight my advice is take a week or two off and don't do any Penis Enlargement except some light jelqing (help cement gains) and by light I mean like 300 strokes a day or so. I think that would be the best thing to do and also you may want to consider using latex gloves when you stretch cause it sounds like you're just gripping to hard and not taking a break while stretching to get circulation back. good luck and you have 2 x 2.5 right there as proof it wasn't -just- for soreness
 
I took a break for a week for the soreness to subside.

Adjusted my program a bit as follows:
Stop using latex gloves...baby powder only now.
Changed from 3-30 seconds to 2-60 seconds sets

This made a big difference for me. I still feel my penis fatigue after a workout without it being inflamed.

The issue I have now is my grip. Mine hands get tired into the 2nd set and I struggle to maintain my grip but push or should I say pull through it.

You started numerous threads asking how to P.E. properly and asking for help. Only to disagree with people's advice including DLD, telling 'em to Fuck-Off and even discredit someone pics. You even threaten to quit P.E. all together.

If you read the thread thoroughly you will see I took the advice of rustyg, bravensfan and aeroth to heart and without resentment. By doing so, I adjusted my routine and made better progress in my P.E. career. Your attempt at harsh criticism is really pathethic and extemely childish. By you doing this only confirms the statements I made of you. Painful Pleasur = Tool You are wasting your time and energy on useless attempts of slams and it should be more directed towards your P.E. goals. You may be 20 years old chronologically but you act like a 9 year old boy with a 4 inch penis. We are all here to share the knowledge and give support to one another. This is adult forum so MAN-UP! and get to work.

The same thing happens to be bro. I think what causes it is pulling too hard on the glands themselves. Try to pull lower on the slaft. Thats what worked for me.

I did make that adjustment awhile back and it's been working great for me. Thanks... :)
 
i had the same problem when i started i stretched so hard the skin started to wear away. abit of advice would be to use alot of baby powder. apply some after each stretch. also if that doesnt work i learned how to stretch with my left hand so i wasnt putting pressure on just one side of my penis. it seems to have prevented injuries so far.

It happens to most of us. It is a adjustment process very similar to doing hard work with your hands in gardening or weight lifting (etc.) the calluses come, the soreness, dryness and then everything becomes adjusted and it fades and goes away.

Your therapy sound good and I think you will come along nicely.

DLD, you're my P.E hero. Seems everytime I have a concern. All I have to do is use the search feature and there you are with THE ANSWER to my P.E qestion or problem.
