Hello, everybody my penis is 11 centimeters in flacid state and 15 (non-bone mesurement).Is it normal to reach only 4 centimeters when errect ?I do Penis Enlargement about for a 3 weeks and i started with 9 centimeters flacid (2 centimeter gain)but with no gain in errect state... My routine is 30 min stratching and 20-30 min Jelqing. Finaly I will rech 15 centimiters in flacid and 15 erect???? :(
 
everybody is different man..erect gains can take a few weeks, months, years...i would advice just be happy you see gains and allow more than 3 weeks to see gains..not everyone gain the same...be consistent and patient and you will see the gains in time..just keep going

Jelqing is predominately a girth exercise but it does produce some length gains. To cement the gains you have made in flaccid stretch length try some erect stretching, that really closes the gap quickly and produces new gains.

DLD...if jelqing. is made for girth...then what is made for lenght...

So I can do just Stratching in my routine if I want just lenght??
With no Jelquing?! :O
 
i would advice just be happy you see gains and allow more than 3 weeks to see gains..not everyone gain the same...be consistent and patient and you will see the gains in time..

What's en erect stretching ...while is half erect try to stratch ??Or somthing else .. 10x
 
usually when i want to know what something means i search for it in the Main forum and then read up on it.
