okay so ive been at this for 1 months on the mattersofsize program but have not yet noticed any gains although i am confident they will start comming soon. how long does it usually take do you think dld?
 
You know what? Instead of hitting every angle for 30 seconds increase the time to 45 seconds. Next do one particular stretch angle at least one more rep than the others. Like the angle at which you feel the best stretch do that one 3 x for 45 seconds and the others only twice.
 
How are you tracking your gains? Sometimes gains happen in FSBP (flaccid stretched bone pressed) long before erect ones.

Ive put on 0.5" in a month, although got a bit slack with my program a never Penis Enlargemented for 5 days! instead of my normal 4 days on 3 day break.

Im back now though

My streches now are getting quite tough to do also
 
I have heard this type of complaint more than 1000 times since my stay in Penis Enlargement and 90% of the time guys really have made gains and were just looking for them in the wrong place. Almost always flaccid stretch gains come long before erect and once a newcomer measures to see these gains he is re-inspired. I am looking forward to your measurements.

For me at least it was not until the second month that I noticed some early major gains (I didn't get a ruler until then as well so I had to rely on a paper envelope to keep track of gains). If you have been circumsized like I have, the first month is mostly about just getting the skin stretched a little so you can actually stretch your tunica. I believe in 20/20 hindsight that tight skin on the shaft is your early limitation to gains because it hurts when it gets stretched too much. Once you get some more shaft skin, actually stretching the tunica without feeling pain on your skin is a lot easier and stretching the tunica is how you actually make gains for that part of the penis.

Also, the first couple months are mostly a learning process. You should get some gains, but for me experience matters a lot when it comes to knowing how much stress you can safely put on the unit, how much to rest, signs of growth etc.

If you start getting a lot of loose skin around the shaft (assuming you grip properly so you don't just pull the skin during jelqing or stretching), then that is a great sign because it means you were stretching beyond your normal elastic erection capacity. Do that enough and you will get gains.

I have been doing this for almost a year now and my gains are logaritHydromaxically slower nowadays and I have to do more to get less (the life of a veteran), but if I notice extra skin or stretch marks then I get excited because I know gains are on the way.

I gained about 2 inches the first 6 months and the last 5 months I have put on an inch which gives me about a 3 inch gain in just under a year which is amazing for me since before I started Penis Enlargement I was only 5 BPenis EnlargementL and now I am 8 BPenis EnlargementL (it fluctuates between 7.75 BPenis EnlargementL and 8 BPenis EnlargementL). I can even sometimes bottom out my girlfriend which is a surreal experience if you ask me so needless to say Penis Enlargement has been good for me.

I have a +1 inch fat pad so I probably will keep Penis Enlargement'ing until I hit 9 BPenis EnlargementL which should give me about 8 NBP unless my fat pad miraculously disappears between now and then. Girth has been slow, but lately it has started finally coming around and I am almost up to 5.25 girth now which might be nothing to a lot of people here, but considering I was likely somewhere between 4.25 and 4.5 girth when I started Penis Enlargement, that is a huge difference to me.
 
wow thanks for all the replies and information people:). so far i have not made any gains but my measurments are 6.5 bpel and 7.25 bpfl. i will keep at it until i get these gains!!
