Yeah, I owned a gym and I got a lot of workouts in and became very muscular. I have not weight trained since that time. But I do have a lot of muscle memory. So i'm i'm looking pretty good right now.With what i'm doing.

I just started training again but this time, from home. The gym house is a distraction to me.

That's great news. Be sure to include cardio as part of your workout, as that will burn fat while you gain muscle
