Really, nobody else?
This redo is going to be more like half-translated stereo instructions ...
There's an entire clamping forum elsewhere here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] that'll have tons of good info. The cushiony material to protect you from bruising at the base ... most people won't have something good laying around. Find a site that sells Vacuum All Day Stretchers/Hangers and buy one or two pieces of silicone sleeving. One of these you can cut up into
great base protectors and the other you can keep intact to roll-on as an anti-turtling device. Check the available diameters of the sleeving. This won't matter very much for base protection (since you'll be altering it by cutting it up into a flat shape) but if you want anti-turtling then you'll need to pretty closely match diameters between yourself and the sleeving.
It takes a while to build up to the intensity possible when clamping. Don't go intense at first until you get used to it or you can really bust something that you'll miss later on and/or cause deep internal bruising that can take months or even years to fully go away.
Don't go for too long. Take regular breaks, remove the clamp, to let the trapped blood out of there and massage yourself and rest a bit before doing another set. Use some manual stretching and 'cranks' while resting to provide an additional different type of growth stressor.
When applying the clamp, have the hinge at the bottom and the teeth at the top, this puts the 'flats' at the sides where they most-directly contact your cavernosa for occluding blood flow to keep it in the penis.
When applying the clamp, put the cushioning in place underneath it first, and tighten down the teeth in 2 or 3 steps as you kegel more blood ahead of the clamp and push the clamp on down towards the best-bottom resting spot.
The blood won't -just- stay in there. most of the time you'll need to kegel more bloodflow in to keep a great engorging stressor happening. Again, don't go too long. Take it off and take breaks. If you're getting a retained darker color when not clamping, that's bruising and you're going a bit too hard or a bit too long between breaks. Slow down, go easier, don't break yourself.
While clamped, you can do side bends, and 'Ulis' - sortof, and add extra pressure with your hands interlaced and pressing in (picture trying to hold onto a rope with a lot of
weight on it.) All of these are
extremely high intensity and if you do them when you're new you will probably break yourself.
Don't do them until you work up to them. There's a way to make even --that-- a higher intensity, which I'm not even going to put here right now.
Now, the main theme for this post ... there are better methodologies at your current size than clamping. Check out the new [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]
SRT[/words], and Slow Squash Jelqs, and manual jelquing/massage, and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]
Bathmate[/words]. I'd use those about 85% and use clamping about 15%.
It's almost always with girth exercises that you'll mess with your epithelial function (by some bruising or fluid retention) and possibly get some lower erection quality. That's another sign that you're going too hard.
(You have to stress to get response, but you don't heal and grow while you're stressoring .... growth happens during rest.)
One last time, use foresight .. not hindsight. Be careful with girth exercises using anything besides your bare hands, work up to higher times and intensities, because if you do it wrong you absolutely can hurt yourself.
I never say good luck because luck is not a factor ... only good technique is..
ps .. why does this new page style 'auto-save' every minute or two .. if the 'save' is not available or recoverable?? Still stewing.
