You will want to apply this to the skin at the base touching the pump to keep a good seal.

I ordered the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] MityPump the other day but couldn't select the size I wanted. The transaction was approved so how do I know what size I'm getting? Ive tried emailing DLD and no response.
 
Dude how does this really work when pumping at 5 Hg does it stay longer like 10 mins at 5 Hg? Because when I pump at 5 Hg and the pressure go down very slowly to 0 Hg is that normal? or I should keep on pumping to keep at 5 hg and when pressure go down slowly?

You should have very short pubic hair for one, and for another, you need to dampen your pubic are and the bottom of the pump tube. (The silicone seal area).
