A plateau can happen with any routine, exercise or tool. When this occurs you need to turn up the intensity, add time or change the routine completely. With a
BathMate a wine-vac will increase it's power, which will break a plateau. If you have a wine-vac than I suggest adding to the routine. If you are doing the 5x5x3 change it to be a 5x5x4 or a 10x10x3, etc. There are many ways to address a plateau but I would try these methods first.
