Are there anyone on here who have hydrocele?

I just wonder if you have them because I am still suffered with a condition that it make my scrotum sack to get swelling every time when I exerting myself especially when I walking around, go out for run, doing exercises....etc. I'm still suffered with erectile dysfunction because I can't get full erection as I used to have. I want to see if you have been going through the same things of what I have been got through. :(

I just found out that I might have a condition called hydrocele, because I have a swelling on the left side in my scrotum sack when the swelling get enlarge. I had spoken to few online doctors, three of them have confirmed of what I might have when I showed them the pics. One of them have showed me the pics of what hydrocele looks like when it get swelling and mine looks about the same.

I have stopped doing PE for now as there is no way to grow my penis and it will make things worse. There is no way to cure the problem when it still get swelling and it won't heal on their own unless I have to get a treatment. I want to be on the safe side better than to say sorry!

If you do have hydrocele, please feel free to post it here as I do really want to see if you do have them and if your swelling looks exactly the same as mine so I want to get it sort it out with the urologist when I go and see him on 1st October.

I don't have the condition but it's best to back off PE for now and get your sack looked at. It's something serious to take care of especially if you say that they swell up when you exert yourself, that's not a good sign. Please give us some response to see how you are doing if you decided to do more research, make a doctor appointment, get treatment, etc. okay? Thanks for letting us know, hopefully someone on here who has hydrocele takes a glance at this.

Usually, the only indication of a hydrocele is a painless swelling of one or both testicles.

A hydrocele is a fluid-filled sac surrounding a testicle that causes swelling in the scrotum. Men can develop a hydrocele due to inflammation or injury within the scrotum.

A hydrocele usually isn't painful or harmful and might not need any treatment. However, if you have scrotal swelling and there is pain present, see your doctor to rule out other causes. Adult men with a hydrocele might experience discomfort from the heaviness of a swollen scrotum. Pain generally increases with the size of the inflammation. Sometimes, the swollen area might be smaller in the morning and larger later in the day.

This is from the Mayo Clinic

Thank you DLD, it sound likely what I might have. I am going to see the doctor on friday and I will let my doctor know that I must have hydrocele because I have injury my scrotum when I sat on my car rear bench seat and accident pulled it when I was cleaning so it was a bit pain when I pulled it and it cause the swelling. I hope he will refer me to see someone who are specialised in hydrocele but when i went to see to he said that it looks normal when he missed to see the swelling on the left side of my left scrotum as far i have been told from online doctors that I have the swelling on the left side that I was not aware. I want to get the problem sorted out asap so I could get back on PE when it fully heals, but the worst things is i cant see the top specialist on 1st october due he got emergency appointments so i have to wait until november 12th to see the top specialist. I am not really happy with the way I have been treated from them. :(

When I see my doctor on friday, can I be able to ask him to refer me to see someone who specialisted in hydrocele so I could get the appointment next month and if he don't know then i could see the top specialist?

Well, keep in mind, in most cases they just allow the swelling to go away on its own so this might be what they say. In extreme cases things can be done that are out patient, 10 minute surgeries under a local. Let us know what the doctor says and good luck my Brother!

I had two hydrocele surgeries. The first surgery my sack was as big as a grape fruit. There was a little pain but nothing extreme.

When you had hydrocele, does your swelling looks like any of the pics that show below?
