I agree with some of the exercises being taken away and put to members sections. There would be no need to join otherwise, right?

One thing though - I do believe that any new exercises created by non members should be able to come and go naturally instead of being re-directed to the members section. Maybe they could be put in the members section after interest for that thread has died down? Just an idea :)

I think the exercises are an integral part of why you come here, but the routines are why you join the member's site. When I first came here I was reading about the exercises and how to perform them, but I joined the member's site for the vidoes and the routines. The exercises made me curious enough to join, and without that I doubt I would have joined. Then it would be a bunch of guys talking about things that I wouldn't know anything about, so it would have left me out of the mix completely.

I see what you're saying. I think it would be cool for some basic exercises to stay up. Like the ones in the newbie routine. Then if you want to take it further and have access to more advanced exercises you either get a membership to the paysite or pay to (as DLD said) gain levels of access on the forum. Then the forum would become self supportive. It would work well when done.

I've always thought that it would be great for this forum to support itself.

And your point is what? All of the exercises that were in that thread are still in the forum in their original threads. There is something here called "search" The same thing you are told at Thundersplace. Just because an organized list of exercises that I created, is deemed financially negative to MOS, and JAZ, the administrator, sees fit to erase it, than what is the problem?

I created the thread originally for my own convenience, so now I too will have to use the search function.

You always said you were in this to help the "little guys" (pun intended ;))

That thread was a big help, and I had only read about a few exercises, now its down. How the heck can I search for an exercise when I dont know WTF its called? Can you see my point DLDaddy?

The Point everyone is missing here is that we never took the Exercise threads Down. They are still in the Forums.

I only deleted the one thread with all the exercises all organized on one page that were linked to the exercise threads (if that made sense)

good point. Iam really just kinda confused, why the thread was taken down so the exercises wouldn't be given for free. BUt yet you can still search for these various exercises because there still in their original thread?? Its just more of a biatch to find them.. Hell even DLD said he put that thread up in order to access them easilly himself, now he's gotta search.. Puttin them back up will make many peps here happy and make others to join.. Reading the exercises doesn't necessiarly mean one would get how to do them, but they take a interest so they join to see the vids. I think havin them up there was good for the site. "I know there still around but a thread dedicated to the exercises was great" LMAO

Hi Lightning... Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining - it is just a question.

If for example, I made a thread on a new exercise which contained the current DLD exercises mixed together in some way or another, would it be removed and put in the members section?

This is so far from the case it is pathetic! Every thread that was within the thread we are discussing is still here on the forum, easily accessible by anyone, member or not, by simply using the search function.

Your really starting to piss me off.

DLD, would it be at all possible for the mods to get the info together and post it or could it all be linked in one post?

I am pissing you off by asking as politely as possible? How can you just assume I was being sarcastic each time I say something?

I was a real question, and as I said above - I agree that some things should be moved to the members section, sheesh.

Gandolf, It seems like every post you have made thus far has been to initiate some sort of conflict. You think you are being slick and intelligent but your really just playing yourself. Good bye, I am sure you will be back under another bullshit name, until then, FAIR-WELL.

PS: Get a hobby

Can a Moderater please answer this? I dont want to create problems, I just dont know about ALL exercises, so how can I find them when I not know wot I looking for?

I can answer this.

How does a new member find an exercise that they do not know about? Be patient and read and read some more. If an exercise is worth anything it will be currently discussed and will pop up in the new posts.

How does a current member learn about new exercises that you don't know about? Be patient and come here every day and read all new posts.

How does a member get organized exercises quickly without having to search and use lots of patience? Buy a membership to the MOS paysite and get busy with the program.

The question is, do you have time to read and organize a program for yourself? If you do then come here every day and read new posts and search lod posts. If you want it organized then DLD is doing this for you and there is a cost for this organized information.

Good reason, great reason, great job! Fully understand it now!

Was there ever something made for members of the site where we could have these exercises available again?

Refer to Dashdeming's reply on this page. :)
