I have been reading alot about supplements and I wonder if they really work, so want to try some to increase my sex drive, stamina, etc...

these are the 2 I have heard the most about.
Any suggestions would be greatly apprecated and in what ml I should take.

Tribulus Terrestris helps ALLOT but get it with a strength higher than 40% saponins.
 
Bilberry,Guggul, and Rhodiola works for me.Take about 1 hour before Penis Enlargement.I take 2 of each herb.

Food is the only thing you should be worrying about at this point. You can buy some whey, and flaxseed oil, but that's all you need.

EDIT: Thought you were talking about supplements regarding weight training, not sexual performance, my bad.
 
actually I believe I got this from goldmember a while back so I must give credit where credit is due. it was a list sent my direction.

They are supposed to stand for the things that are affected for the better by the given substance. For example: GH = Growth Hormone, NO = Nitrous Oxide, T = Testosterone, etc... Some of the items listed are pretty effective and others are anecdotal at best...
 
I can tell ya from my recent expierence that 1200 mg of lecithin, 50mg zinc and about a gallon of water a day recently has done wonders alone for volume and orgasms. I guess I really didn't think about it till recently that the more you cum the WAY better it feels. I easily have pretty much doubled what I did before. I went from 2-4 blasts to 5-7 after the supplements. and lets just say I can only imagine what arginine and maca could do if added to the arson. this will probably be a perminant addition to my vitamins ;)

and hey if anyone has any idea what advantages I would more than likely get from adding the others. PLEASE let me know.
 
and not trying to shang-hi this thread but what would you recommend for energy & stamina throughout the day? will maca or arginine help?

I have recently added GNC's Arginmax which has 3g of l-arginine suggested daily dose, and alot of other stuff. and 1,000mg of l-lysine. is this enough? and how long before I should expect to see results?
 
Maca has done nothing for me whatsoever. I might try lecithin though for bigger loads.

add horny goat weed, tribulus, yohimbe to that. and yea the DO WORK. check out bodybuilding.com
 
garlic is missing from that list. It is a cortisol blocker, T enhancer, and antibiotic. very helpful. helps the circulatory system as well.
