If you want a effecient and fast warm up do 30 to 40 minutes of home spin bike, it will warm up your genital area effciciently. Don´t forget: Do not waste your sexual energy via ejaculation, circulate your energy. Read Mantak Chia. Do exercise, eat raw vegetables, fruit, fish, drink two glasses of water each hour, avoid meat, dairy products, bread, white rice, white pasta.Do breathing exercises (Chi Kung and Yoga). Befor PE, put your penis in erection, then put him in flacid state again (with this method it will be a better and safer expansion), after this do your strecthes and then bathmate. Good workout!

30-40 minute warm up on spin bike is quick and efficient? a rice sock heated up in the microwave is quick and efficient. now the bike idea is good if you also want to get in a bit of a workout before doing PE. but i cant say i totally agree it is a good warm up for PE specifically. my stuff tightens up when i ride a bike.

how long have you been doing this as your warm up? you penile tissue is noticeable warmed up/loosened after?
 
Very cool way to get in a warm up and get your body in shape!
