Hello! This technique was shown to me from a guy at PE named Holownia. And i have studied this a little bit
on myself and i have came up with a conclusion that will answer a lot of questions like:
Usable penis size, visual penis size, and how to realize how much tunica + ligament gains you have made & more information about how to think about BPEL!
"Tunica & Ligament Isolation Technique"
The technique you are going to use is what i'm goin to call the "Tunica & Ligament Isolation Technique" and this will isolate the tunica + suspensory ligament from each other and make it much more visuably clearer to your eyes to see what is suspensory ligaments and what is real shaft mass down there.
In a standard standing position with your legs seperated from each other a little bit to make a gap, grip with one hand under your glans and hold your shaft up while you take your other arm behind your back between your legs to catch your scrotum. Bend on your knees like doing a squat to be able to pull scrotum between your legs towards your anus and lock your legs to seperate the shaft and the scrotum from each other. Your penis should be on the front side and your scrotum pulled tightly on the other side.
This should add a little bit of a clamping effect to your shaft and your suspensory ligaments should be very pronounced. Now pull your shaft up & down to make sure you can identify the seperation of the suspensory ligaments and the shaft. Do this flaccid the first times.
Visible Penis Size:
Get yourself in an erect state suitable to measure your penis size and enter the "Isolation" position. Make sure your shaft and ligament is isolated from each other and put your ruler flat on the penis measure from where the shaft is starting and not where the suspensory ligaments is starting. So you are going to be ontop of the ligaments and not measure from the pubic bone, you will not even touch your pubic bone while measuring like this. Measure to your tip of your penis and this will give you the visible TUNICA size of yours. This measurement will be the smallest among them all, but this is going to be the true length of your shaft, the true length of your CC+CS chambers. When you put on a cock ring for an example you can't put the cock ring all way down because of your suspensory ligaments. It's only the visible penis that you can see get expansion when you do expansion exercises. This is how to measure your shaft size. If you want to be even more correct you should use a measuring tape to follow your curve aswell. I measured my VPS (Visible penis size) to be 4.9 inches with a straight ruler.
Useable Penis Size:
With exactly same method as above, but instead pushing the ruler into your starting position, you are going to find out your Useable penis size. You will push your ruler into your suspensory ligaments. This could at first feel odd since your suspensory ligaments could have like an uphill and it's not the same feeling as a flat pubic wall. But push as far as your suspensory ligaments let you. This will give you the Useable TUNICA size of yours.
My VPS: 12.4cm ( 4.9 inches )
My NBPEL: 13.5cm ( 5.3 inches )
My UPS: 14cm ( 5.5 inches )
My BPEL: 16cm ( 6.3 inches )
But i know for sure that a lot of people doesn't even use their full UPS (Useable penis size), in fact they not even use their full VPS! (Visible penis size) As we all know, it all depends on a bunch of different factors to be able to use your full UPS, like positioning for an example. Doggystyle is a good example of a position where you can use a lot more of your size. You can see it in �naked people movies�, a lot of guys doesn't even use their full VPS (Visible penis size) god dammit!
I think it could be really hard for a lot of guys to penetrate with their full UPS (Useable penis size). But if your penis was made as an incredible realistic dildo the girl would have been able to put your full UPS inside her, as your full body wouldn't be there to add up in the mix and make it hard to do so.
Thoughts, about BPEL & How to sort tunica & ligament gains:
No one will be able to penetrate anyone with their BPEL. Your scrotal will be blocking abit for an example. I think BPEL is taking some internal parts into account when measuring that can't be used for penetration yet, because they haven't translated to real penis size yet. An increase in BPEL is a sign that something is happening inside there, something is giving you increases. A BPEL increase doesn't always mean you will have more to fuck with. NBPEL is more accurate in that way, but most accurate is the VPS & UPS system. Everything between VPS & UPS size is what you can play with. Take me for an example: Everything between 4.9 - 5.5 could potentially be used for penetration for me, tops!
BPEL increase is a sign of internal, tunica & ligament gains alltogether & changes all around your penis & groin area. But it's hard to decide where you got your increase. Measuring with the VPS (Visible penis size) method you will be able to track all your tunica length gains perfectly. I have seen mine, they are ridicolous small! I have only gained 0.5 cm in tunica, that's 0.2 inches. I was a lucky guy to know my VPS size from the beginning. VPS gains is what your eyes mostly will realize. It explains why people doesn't see big increases with their eyes compared to the ruler. To measure your lig gains you could subtract your UPS (Usable penis size) with your VPS (visible penis size) that would be 5.5 minus 4.9 for me, that is a gain of 0.6 inches in ligament gains. But you also have to take into account that everyone starts with different length on their suspensory ligaments. Some have really long suspensory ligaments to starth with and some doesn't.
Conclusion for me is that i have gotten 0.8 inches in outer penis length so far (tunica + ligaments) & 0.4 inches hidden around the corner. BPEL measurements is still a mysterium to me! But they are a good sign growth is around the corner. Perhaps there is some sort of method that will bring your VPS & UPS Length closer to your BPEL size, maybe erect stretches? DLD talked about that erect stretches is the best way to bring your BPFSL closer to your BPEL. Maybe that's a starting point to experiment with for me.
Have you ever done a keegel? A strong keegel will push the length of your shaft forward. Maybe because it temporarily lends some BPEL length to the VPS & UPS measurements? That's also something to think about and experiment with. I think pumping could be good as it forces internal penis out. It can even increase BPEL measurements temporarily alltogether!
