lol...my great grandfather was a freemason. Was he royalty? Hardly. He fought in WWII and was a teacher. It's a brotherhood for sure, but the things you are talking about have to do with those that already had connections to begin with. We know which U.S. politicians and Presidents were freemasons and the lore etc...but honestly just because someone is a freemason doesn't mean they've ever been told secrets that aren't to be mentioned in public or something. Ok,well actually. Many lodgers wear pendants, rings and general references to the society in public. Due to the dwindling amount of new members and the lack of interest in the society in todays MTV generation world I think that it is a good idea to create at least a little interest.
