I've been hanging a lot lately using various methods. I've happened upon a technique that is so powerful, I can still feel soreness in my ligs up to 30 minutes after I've done a round of this specific type of hanging. It's really quite simple, but requires three or more chairs (even a bed will do) and a hanging device (any one will be fine) with weight.

Essentially, it's a lying down-type hanging. What you do is set up 3-4 chairs right next to each other in a fashion that allows you to lie down on all of them with full support. Then attach your hanging device with the weight you want to use. Lie down on the chairs on your stomach so that the hanging mechanism dangles between the chairs and the weight is not touching the floor. This in and by itself is very powerful. But the REAL juice happens when you move your body in different directions.

Lie on your stomach for a few minutes. Then... SLOWLY... turn to one side (lie on your side) so that your penis hangs down "across" your leg. It will be hanging to the side and in direct contact with your upper leg. Keep it like this for several minutes if you can manage it and you will feel an INCREDIBLE stretch in your ligs and the shaft of your penis.

When you switch sides by rolling back onto your stomach and engaging the other side, you will notice something interesting happens... you get a VERY intense feeling of stretching and soreness in your ligaments as you move. It feels almost like a throbbing, ticklish pain, kind of like that sensation when you've bumped your kneecap. It's not "painful" per se, just a very potent and intense stretching feeling.

Anyway, roll to the other side and enjoy that stretch. Stay on the other side for another few minutes. Continue doing this - going back and forth between sides and center - for as long as you feel it will be beneficial for that round.

I've been doing this for about a week. I believe I've gained about 1.5 millimeters in flaccid length. I DEFINITELY look larger. This is after doing it for about 30-45 minutes per day, 6 days out of 7 with only 12.5 pounds of weight. You will be wowed by the intensity of this lig stretch.

I don't know if this has been developed or touched upon before, but I "discovered" it on my own, as far as I know. I highly recommend you try it, it's uber-powerful.

But, as with all hanging, BE CAREFUL! Use the correct weight that will bring intensity, but not injury! I'm using only 12.5 pounds and the stretch is intense. Your body is not accustomed to doing this type of thing and could react in strange ways. Do at your own risk!

I'd appreciate feedback on this from people who have tried it. Let me know how it feels and if it is getting you results over the next few weeks.

Also, when you are done stretching in this manner, I recommend massaging the penis or doing some jelqs. It feels very nice and will get blood flowing to your ligs.
 
Use to do this a couple of years ago, try doing this, make the back chairs bigger than the forward chairs so you are slightly tilting forward, this will effect the tunica more, and do it the opposite way to effect the ligs more:)
 
Wow, great idea....Pandora, back chairs meaning the ones by your feet, or the ones by your head" Do you want your head lower or higher than your feet? If your head was lower than feet this would make you dangle with a slight upward penis stretch correct? I think this is what you mean, getting the tunica, yeah?

I'm gonna try this.

Yeah back ones by feet, head needs to be lower than feet and the hanger and weights dangle at a slight upward position or how ever high you make your feet, will change the angle:).

I would say it's not an idea because that's what I used to do a couple of years ago.
 
good work guys. you guys come up with great ideas. even though they are very logical many guys dont think of stuff on there own. many are followers and never find what might work for them. please keep it up

I don't think it's as powerful as the Rice Sock Duct Tape. You get better blood flow, it's better than the standard, I had some fun with it anyway.
 
This routine is really getting me some very quick results. I've been doing it for only an hour or less for the past week on busy days and more on the weekends while watching TV. I have gained another 1/8th or more since that time. And when you gain even that small amount, your dick looks MUCH bigger which creates a motivation spiral of encouragement to keep going and getting gains. :D

I am now up to 7.9" erect (NBP). Haven't measured flaccid yet. Will keep folks updated.

The fatigue and soreness in your ligs when you switch sides with this method is TREMENDOUS. Anyone else tried it? I highly recommend you do. I bet you will be pleased if you stick with it.
 
Sounds interesting! How much weight did you have to lower off your hanging when going side to side or did you keep the same wait as when you only hung straight forward?

This is a great routine to add! I've tried it three times now and love it. I've been hanging for about 6 months now or so and never really hung to the side. This gives me a new extreme pull on my ligs. I have felt these ligs get a good pull before, but now its even better. I can feel the ligs deeper into my body then I ever have before.

This is something that everyone who hangs should try out, just to see how it feels!!!
 
Sceptre, did you notice that when slowly switching to the other side how sore/fatigued and stretched the ligs feel? It's intense to the point of gasping for me. :)
 
yes I did! I first thought I was going to have to lower the weight some when moving around but once I got to the actual hang it was much more tolerable. Almost makes me wish I could just roll back and forth from my right side to my left side for the full effect the whole hanging session, but that would be soooo intense!!!!
 
I have tried this technique after my manual routine the past two nights. Good soreness during the late first early second session. I can only take about 40 minutes total and my dick is giving me the finger and telling me he has had his fill of good stretching. Nice technique post, gives us all some good variety in our sessions.
 
I'll have to be more scientific with my measurements, but my guess is I've gained at least 1/3 of an inch in ERECT length using this technique and some "regular" chair-type (sitting) hanging. I started consistently hanging in November of 2007, but only 3 weeks ago did I adopt this technique and that's when the major results came in. I'd say I've gained at least 2/3rds of that 1/3rd of an inch in the last three weeks alone from the lying down hang sessions.

It's such an inspiration and awesome sight to see even the smallest gain. Your dick looks much bigger with just 1/8th an inch of length increase.

So keep up with it! I do it while watching TV or reading a book.

Also, this technique needs a name. Let's call it - Swivel Hanging, or simply, Lying Down Hanging (LDH?).
 
LDH sounds good to me. I don't think that one has been used yet and it makes the most sense to me.

and nice gains, im looking forward to messuring myself at the end of the month
