I've been hanging a lot lately using various methods. I've happened upon a technique that is so powerful, I can still feel soreness in my ligs up to 30 minutes after I've done a round of this specific type of hanging. It's really quite simple, but requires three or more chairs (even a bed will do) and a hanging device (any one will be fine) with weight.
Essentially, it's a lying down-type hanging. What you do is set up 3-4 chairs right next to each other in a fashion that allows you to lie down on all of them with full support. Then attach your hanging device with the weight you want to use. Lie down on the chairs on your stomach so that the hanging mechanism dangles between the chairs and the weight is not touching the floor. This in and by itself is very powerful. But the REAL juice happens when you move your body in different directions.
Lie on your stomach for a few minutes. Then... SLOWLY... turn to one side (lie on your side) so that your penis hangs down "across" your leg. It will be hanging to the side and in direct contact with your upper leg. Keep it like this for several minutes if you can manage it and you will feel an INCREDIBLE stretch in your ligs and the shaft of your penis.
When you switch sides by rolling back onto your stomach and engaging the other side, you will notice something interesting happens... you get a VERY intense feeling of stretching and soreness in your ligaments as you move. It feels almost like a throbbing, ticklish pain, kind of like that sensation when you've bumped your kneecap. It's not "painful" per se, just a very potent and intense stretching feeling.
Anyway, roll to the other side and enjoy that stretch. Stay on the other side for another few minutes. Continue doing this - going back and forth between sides and center - for as long as you feel it will be beneficial for that round.
I've been doing this for about a week. I believe I've gained about 1.5 millimeters in flaccid length. I DEFINITELY look larger. This is after doing it for about 30-45 minutes per day, 6 days out of 7 with only 12.5 pounds of weight. You will be wowed by the intensity of this lig stretch.
I don't know if this has been developed or touched upon before, but I "discovered" it on my own, as far as I know. I highly recommend you try it, it's uber-powerful.
But, as with all hanging, BE CAREFUL! Use the correct weight that will bring intensity, but not injury! I'm using only 12.5 pounds and the stretch is intense. Your body is not accustomed to doing this type of thing and could react in strange ways. Do at your own risk!
