Very creative and cool! Putting focus on the Kegels and Reverse Kegels at the right time can make a routine so much more fruitful. Having fun ways to strengthen the muscles through Kegels is good as it will keep you in the game. Plus once mastered there is so much to have fun with!

yes!i got an idea!i will now do a reverse kegel instead of just releasing the PC...do you think it will be greatly effective?
