If done properly weight lifting has the benefits of improved strength, increased muscle mass, metabolism, improved coordination and improved bone mineral density. When the "DLD Blaster" is done properly, it has the benefits of improved length and strength, increased muscle mass, and boner density (LoL)

That was the warning on every one of my exercises from Blunderplace, but then when they saw they were safe and worked better than anything they could come up with, they simply renamed them. Such a group of winners of there!

Yeah I know, I used to browse their Forum years ago. Once, someone was trying to describe an exercise they supposedly created. Then I posted your instructions on the exercise you did a couple years prior. They tried to debunk your creation and then finally deleted my post because they don't allow post from another forum. They truly hate you and anything with your name (DLD) on it...
...they treat most of their members like they have to eat at the children's table

Well they certainly lost out on the best of their members as they are here now! Biggest mistake they ever made was banning me.

DLD how long did it take u to cement that half inch from these blasters back in the day?

And did u only do 10 sets in each direction per day like u mentioned? And is this the same exercise u show in the "Bundled Blasters" members video which contain the kegel and reverse kegel hold during the A-stretch bundle blaster?

And btw was each rep of yours like the one in the video or did u hold it for as long as u could? If u can please describe that a bit.

Good question and to be honest I can not give a clear answer since things were no where near advanced back then. I had not discovered passive and active PE yet, I had not discovered how cementing worked, I was going on all my own methods. I cemented two inches in 6 months doing what I was doing at the time. I had developed the Bundled stretches years ago but did not understand the great work they did with the Tunica. There was so many things that I had not embarked on at that point to know for sure. I was a psycho when it came to training, I would go 7 days a week sometimes for the entire day. It was a mixture of the many things I was doing that got me to where I was.

The DLD Blaster...*IMPROVED*...Be extremely careful

Many people have heard me talking about a new stretch I have been working on over the past month and a half. I have been reluctant to post it due to issues over safety. I have done it safely now for over a month and have made some very, very incredible gains. I have let a couple of people know about it and try it...have not heard final thoughts from them yet but so far things seem A-OK.

This stretch is done in conjunction with the Blaster. It may be performed in The "A" stretch or the "Dual Stretch" I am hoping people will come out with other versions of this so all can do it as the benefits for me over the past month have been incredible.

I call it the Bundle Stretch, the reason is a theory I have been thinking about for some time. My thoughts came from understanding how wire is strengthened and stretched. If a wire is only one strand the stretch is limited to the endurance of that single wire. In order to create the ability to stretch beyond the wires single strand strength it would have to be stronger. The way to make this single strand wire stronger without adding to it is to "Bundle" it meaning add more strength to the wire by twisting it. Now at first I knew initially this action would make the wire shorter but it would also make it stronger. When the wire is in this state it know can be stretched harder due to it's added strength. When unbundling the wire more length is created without damaging the integrity of the original single strand wire.

I applied this same line of thought to my penis. In the "A" stretch much of the time I felt I was stronger than my penis and if my penis were stronger I could apply more pressure. So using the same principles that related to the wire I used on my penis. In a totally (and I mean totally) flaccid state I would turn my penis 2-3 times making it "Bundled" in a sense in this state I would set up the "A" stretch and do a set of ten Blasters, then shake it out, turn in the other direction and set up an "A" stretch and Blast in that direction. The result was incredible, I was able to cement that additional 1/2" in length I have been working on so desperately.

I need to caution people on this move as it is very different and could potentially be dangerous. I would love some of the Vets to give it a go and give me your reaction. I know that this "bundled" stretch can be used in many different positions but what I really need is someone to develop it in a "Dual" Fulcrum for the Blaster that every user could do. With the "A" stretch I have felt NOTHING more intense. Perhaps RB's idea with the fake arm may work for the majority of users. I also know that Loose has a "Dual Fulcrum Stetch" that may work with this.

Be very careful people and please let me know your input.


This exercise gave me length gains and I'm still doing them. I need to exhaust them completely. The last time I did the blasters was for a period of 6 months. I am doing it again now together with the expressive stretching for a period of 1 year. I'm hoping both can give me the additional .75 to get to 9 inches.
