I have been consistently Penis Enlargementing for a little under 7 months now and I have gained 1.25". I have been really suprised with my gains and I attribute my length gains to something I came up with called the Crotch Squat. I like it because it can be very intense, but the intensity is completely controllable and variable for each rep.

Just a warning...there are definitely some other exercises contained in this one. I look at the Crotch Squat as a variation or a blend of other exercises, but it has done wonders for me. Here it is:

Put you right leg up on something just a little lower than hip height.

Reach under and grab your penis under the glands with the right hand and pull behind you (ala the BTC stretch) so it is taught where the right cheek and the thigh meet.

While holding taught in this position, step down and stagger your feet as if you were getting ready to start a race (i.e. Right foot about 12" out front and the left foot about 12" back).

Now, keeping a good hold, bend your knees in the "race starting" position down a little less than halfway.

Here's the stretch: as you rise up, there will be a great tension on the ligs. Rise up slowly and try to straighten your torso up by pushing your pelvis forward to the original starting position while using your grip to keep that original starting tension.

Continue for the desired reps. Switch hands/legs.

I have found this to be the best stretch that I have used. The manipulation of the pelvis when coming back up is the key and creates a terrifically intense stretch. Additionally, because you have pulled your unit behind you, this exercise offers a mild "bundled" feature too.

I tried to visualize this exercise and its tough to know if its what your explaining LMAO. But I can tell from your gains, It works!!
 
Body position can bring quite a bit of resistance and intensity. I use similar theory Lazy Ass stretches.
 
Similar to the one I posted in the "how hard to stretch" thread. I also like to do this as a passive move. Just pull back your penis to one side under your leg. Gradually lower the leg while still hanging on to your dick. Laying on your back you can let your
leg keep the pressure on. I like to do it at night while reading in bed. When I wake up, if I'm lucky I can get my loving wife to help me with the stretch some more in the morning!
 
Ow hey thats funny, i always do this exercise. I came up with it by my self. This is the stretch where i feel the most stretch in my ligs.

Some other way i do it(explain it steps):

1. Get your right leg on something, not too high, not too low(i use my toilet)
2. Grab with your left hand just under the glans, or where ever you have a good grip
3. Now you should be able to squat with your left leg. When you squat, you pull your dick behind you(So your glans is pointing straight behind you)
4. Now when you come up again, your dick comes back at the start position(facing downward).

So in step 3, you actually ''swing'' your dick behind you, and from step 3 to 4, you ''swing'' it back.

If you do the stretch right, you should feel a really nice stretch in your ligs at the base, when you go from step 3 to 4. So when you go up again from your squatted position.
Because of the back swing, your hand is goes low with more force, which causes a higher intensity. The harder you pull from the beginning, the higher the intensity.

I do 5 sets of 30 times of swingin. After this stretch, your dick should be stretched out for like 1 cm more then the flaccid length.

damn, this sounds like 2 workouts in one lol. i'm not sure if i understand it 100% though. is there any way you could take a picture or make some kind of visual?
 
I think this may be just like a behind the cheeks stretch using the leg and squat to act as a second point of leverage...am I right?

Basically, yes. But, there is something about the squat that really "sets up" this stretch. When you're at the bottom of the half-squat, it's like a "set point". Tension is set by the grip hand keeping the penis tight to the buttocks/thigh and then tension is created by both the ascent (rising) and then pelvic manipulation moving your pelvis forward as you rise (try to straighten your torso) that really completes the rep.
