I used to grip my penis directly by my glans when stretching . I did this for quite a while and got used to doing it this way. Well, I had to put up with things like irritated glans skin, irritated/dry/cracked coronal ridge, having to use skin moisturizers after stretching to counteract the dry/irritation and the occasional blood from the front of the urethra because of squeezing the glans directly. Heres an example of how I used to grip my glans when stretching . I though I would borrow DLD's illustrations from the Power Assist site because I am not always the best at text descriptions.

Then, I got to talking to DLD a few weeks ago about grips and stretching and he sort of gave me some constructive criticism because he had noticed how I gripped my glans when stretching by looking at the pics I sent him to create some of the illustrations for the Power Assist. He asked me why I gripped my glans this way and basically I said something like "dunno, Cuz I always have". Well, after putting it off for a while, I decided to give his grip (overhand, "OK" grip behind the glans) an honest shot. After using it and getting used to it for about a week now, I like it much better than the other grip I had been using. I dont have to worry about the issues I mentioned before and I get a much better grip with less fatigue in my fingers. See, I had been having problems with maintaining a strong enough grip during my stretching sessions and therefor, my workouts were not as good as they could have been. Now that I have a better, stronger grip, I am getting more intense stretching workouts. Thanks DLD. Hope Jen doesnt mind a few more of my lip impressions on your big, hairy Italian ass! ;)

The second picture is either confusing or a little misleading. I went and compared it to the basic stretch video for a reference point. I too have always stretched with the overhand OK grip. The picture makes it appear as though you are gripping back a few inches allowing the glans to finally rest on the ouside of the pinky, but in the video the glans actually are just beyond the thumb and forefinger with the other fingers "covering up" the glans from view. I prefer this grip as well because it allows me to situate the V created in the inner part of the OK to let my urethra rest in the open spot thus not putting to much pressure on it. Does this make sense, or am I way off base?

Is it possible to do this "better" form of stretching if you are not circumcised? Would you not get all the loose skin under the grip of your hand, making it slide off?

I dont see why not Priopos. I have very loose skin even though I am cut...can pull the skin completely over my glans when erect...and I can do it no probs. It just depends on how tight of a grip you use. This grip mimics how the BIB hanger grabs your penis. As long as the grip is tight enough, you should be able to do this.

I also always stretched like SWM did, as it seemed the most natural. Now and again I would try a different grip or switch hands or what not if I got tired, but never considered permanently using a different grip. Guess I am going to try the mentioned grip during my next workout, as it may be just what I needed. I'll let everyone know how it goes.

I have always gripped and stretched this way.I use a cotton handkerchief to avoid slipping and my other hand placed firmly on my grip hand to exert extra force-- I can maintain a very intense stretch this way....regards dixie

When doing the bundled length master rolls, I always switch my grip because it increases the intensity of the exercise. At a certain point, your hands will get tired so switching grip is necessary.

Back before that LengthMaster was a dream! To see how far the LengthMaster has come is pretty awesome. Maybe LIGHTNING has one of each model through the years and show them side by side. The changes a so small and gradual that they are barely noticeable but when side by side you can see the evolution.

To think that people once trained with their bare hands still surprises me. Evolution is indeed a blessing to the PE world.

But a blessing to the newbies of today. Because when they come to discover PE, they won't be using their hands but devices. A friend of mine decided to register on MOS yesterday when he saw my flaccid hang
