When I created SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory I had already used and gained with it. You could say SRT grew as Brothers, including myself, grew with it. As new developments happened in either healing or gaining I am quick to update and refine the training. Now with the access I have to tools that truly align with SRT I am able to simplify the process. This LENGTH ONLY SRT Routine occupies 24 hours a day in the most easy way! Attach Lengthmaster a the lowest point possible and clamp down. From here stretch straight out in front of you for 8 thirty second stretches.
SiliStretcher Active to Passive training.
After Length Routine put on your SiliStretcher for sets of 60 minutes progressively going from full intensity to lighter intensity over how even many sets you complete. This will be a progressive reduction from gaining to healing, essentially going from active to passive stretching.
Complete day with
Testical Health Massage and Stretch
With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these.
Where SiliSleeve through the night
Using a moderate stretch you want to retain an elongated state to heal in this state. Be safe! Go for 2 hours at a time until you have reached 8 hours without issue.
