Ok let me first say that I understand the difference between soreness and injury/bad pain.

I have been at this PE thing for only about 3 weeks but I still have lots of soreness at the base of my penis and at the gooch(not sure if I spelled that right)every morning. I always use a heat pad and do light stretching and light cranks to warm up my unit before I get into my heavy stretches and hanging. After warming up I have been doing the newbie routine twice per day with the length master and hanging. I get great tugs/stretches and it doesn't hurt(bad pain).

I guess my question is that will this soreness go away in time or is that just something to put up with?

You will not have to put up with it for long but know that is is a great sign of proper intensity. I went through this soreness phase for about 2 months, it lessened everyday until it eventually disappeared completely. You are right where you should be, good work Brother.

Start slow and progressively work up to your max. Watch and listen to your body.

Thanks DLD for the reply...if you say I'm on the right track then I can quit worrying and now that my mind is at ease about this nothing will stop me.

Make sure you start off slow.
Good advice...I am trying to take it slow because I've read a lot of stories where guys get overexcited and injure themselves or give up because they don't get the results they want overnight. I'm in this for the long haul.

Always start slow with the full intension of progressing to your maximum intensity. Intensity is what brings growth but it should be approached progressively.
