I couldn't be bothered reading through all of this (I know, I'm lazy). Could someone take out some of the keypoints and things of interest here. My size fixation comes from having glans that barely inflate (and I know it can grow much larger than it does currently).

It seems this is some sort of implant.

The injectable lasts for 1 year to 18 months. To provide the desired result, there are over 25 injections across the head with a 16 gauge needle. Requires general anaesthesia for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Price for this in USA: about $3500.00

Expensive and sounds a bit painful. Not too nice for something temporary.. then again, that's still a long time. Does anyone have experience with this? Or the feeling of self-injection?

Trust me I looked into this, remember the material is only hundreds, but the injections have to be right on and this is complicated. Injections into the wrong compartment and you won't be able to pee right... A video would be nice.

Well nothing else effectively increases the glans for me, seeing as my corpus desn't cause it to inflate.

At 8 inches I don't think you should risk it. There is always a chance of it messing your piece up.

Is there any reason to spend this kind of money when Penis Enlargement is available for no money?

Nothing in Penis Enlargement has caused a lasting increase in my glans. Much less, my corpus spongiosum. By lasting, I mean more than a few days.

Do not get injections in the penis man, it causes scar tissue to form at every injection site, meaning you will eventually have dots of scar tissue all over the penis, hindering your abilty to get a full erection. Fuck that. If you want to go that route, why not save for surgery that is permanent and probably less dangerous.
