Hello!

I have realized that if i'm as erect as i can be, my penis points upwards enough to make it feel like i am negatively bending my penis downward
to get in the bathmate, this leads to a lot of water dripping out of the bathmate while i put it on.

What i then have realized is that if i go down to a more bendable form of erection with zero dripping, the penis looks much bigger visually when i pump it up.

Does this have anything to do with the water covering my penis properly? Does the bathmate work more effectively with water covering the whole penis?
Or is it just a faulse image? It feels like it can't be a faulse image since the measuring gauge is static, and i can see that my penis is more wider
by looking at this.

I haven't used the bathmate a lot, so there is still things to discover ;)
 
You should have as much water in the chamber as possible, and certainly enough to cover the penis. The fast that water is not prone to compression (unlike air) is what makes hydropumping so effective in the first place.

So that may be why you are getting more expansion, or it could simply be that your penis is more elastic when you are in a more flaccid state. I do get more expansion when I'm erect though, so I'm not sure if you are the same or not.
 
Yes, you need to keep water covering the penis. That's the point of water pumping. I have a pretty high erection angle too. I stand with one foot in the bathtub and one foot on the floor, straddling the bathtub so I can get a wide stance, then bend over so that my penis is pointing nearly straight down. That keeps the water in the bathmate tube very effectively.
 
And yes the water gives an optical illusion that makes your penis look bigger. I let that inspire my imagination!

lol, they should make the tube out of a wide angle lens, it would look like a fucking python every time! :)

How do you even make sure you are getting expansion or getting an effective workout with the bathmate if all you see is optical illusion? x)
Anything to look for?

After each session you should measure girth for temporary gains. With every session you should see at least 1/4" in expansion, some see up to an inch. This is how you tell what is real.

Just to add onto this... I often don't see much if any expansion after my first set in the bathmate. I do consider it my warmup, although it still gets pretty intense, however the 2nd and 3rd sets (and the clamping in between!) are what really give me expansion.

I'm really just saying don't be discouraged if you come out after 5 minutes and don't see much change. Keep at it, and experiment to see what works best for you, be it high intensity, long duration, etc.

Thanks. I haven't seen much expansion yet, maybe my intensity is too low. :)

Up the intensity until you see temporary gains beyond your normal size. Temporary gains are what create permanent ones.

I see, i just thought temporary gains was always just due to fluid retention x)

I want to increase intensisty but i don't know if i'm satisfied with my EQ at the moment to do that.
It feels like i don't have as much as resistance at the base when i bend my benis downward for an example.
I was used to my penis being hard to bend down, as it was resistent to that. Now it can bend more and that makes the overall feeling more squishy, and i take this as bad EQ, but i don't know, should i?
Also i have to come close to PONR a few times to even reach my maximum size, it's like it doesn't get erect as fast as i would like it to? And when i'm erect i get to the PONR too easy, and if i let go for a while the erection
subsides too fast. Feels like bad EQ. I have a hard time getting tremendous EQ again :/

Have been doing kegels now and then in the elapse of 2 years almost, i don't know if i'm considered a beginner.
But i guess i could do that routine for a while anyway :)

It is a solid daily routine. Of course you can go more, I mean I go all day, doing kegels subconsciously.
 
I would highly suggest adding "weight" to your kegels. Get erect, and use your hand to hold your penis against your belly (or down in the opposite direction) and kegels to resist against it.

It's just like any other muscle, and needs progressive overload to get stronger. Imagine what would happen if you just flexed your bicep a few hundred times per day, with no resistance. At first you might experience minor strength increase, but you would quickly plateau.

There's even a very old video of Peter North training this way...laying on his back and putting a magazine over his dick as resistance.

Yeah :) Will it make a difference whether you push the penis towards belly or opposite? You mentioned you could do both ways, does it have different effects?
