Hi MOS,

I was wondering if I should start to hang for a few sets per week/ or day. I'm now busting my ass off with the Length Master. Is there such a thing as a plateau? And should I ramp up the intensity with the LM? Or start hanging? If I do both, will this cause me to hit a plateau very fast? Or will I make amazing length gains?

I find it very interesting and convenient for me to hang for like 10-20 minutes a day extra with a few pounds. This wouldn't interrupt too much with my studies lol.

Also, I dont have any jelqs in my routine. Should I incorporate some? Like 50 after I finish my routine? I don't really like jelqing. Way too boring lol.

Any tips or advice are welcome:)

We'll, hanging provides a different pull than stretching. You are likely past the point of a few pounds of resistance, but with hanging, weight feels different than pulling with your hands even if assisted with a device. Its hard to explain, really.

So it doesn't have any value? I get what you are trying to say. It wouldn't make any difference. And I would have to hang with a good amount of pounds I think. To feel the stretch. Well I just have to settle for the limitid time I have at the moment... Dedication & consistency:)

I would use the various functions of the LengthMaster as the Plateau Breaker. If assisted stretching has reached a plateau, go for PowerAssist stretches, if plateaued there go for hanging, if plateaued there go for Bundle Work. The LengthMaster in itself is a Plateau Breaker!

I agree. If anyone hits a plateau, all they need is a length master. The length master will break any plateau. Such a powerful device.
