Hi guys.
I am new and just tried hanging 6 days a week 2×30min (5pounds) and pumpint 6 days a week 3×15min. I do it for about 2 months now and allready made some very good gains. (About 0,7inch in Bönen pressed length errect)
But my question is if this is too much for the beginning because it's hard to increase when there is a Plateau?
I love my routine and it works fine, but maybe it's not a good way to start?

Welcome to MOS. You have made impressive gains and you should be happy about it. There is nothing wrong with gaining fast. My only advice for you is to own a length master so that when the gains from hangin slows down, you can add bundled stretches of all kinds to your hanging session.

Which hanger are you using?

Thank you
I use the bip hanger
But if you say my routine is ok i will stick with it.
Just the girth is nearly the same, but it's ok being just 2 months in

You will gain little base girth from hanginf so I heard. I only did hanging just once. But I do know that the length master will bring girth along with the length gains.

Keep going with your routine you this lucky man.

Only 5 lbs. That’s really impressive.

From my own research you want to try to make gains with lowest to moderate weight to create deformation in control manner by increasing the time. I believe if you reach a plateau up the weight a little bit and or increase the time or try both.

I know a lot of guys like to go heavy too fast, but the penis can resist over a 100 lbs of resistance and all you’re doing is teaching this tissue to toughen up and may cause injury. Instead of moving the weight up increase the time or move up slowly on weight over a course of months.

Congratulations on your success 🎉
