Hello guys!
First post here...and first injure as well.
I started PE three days ago, and in my second day of exercises I used too much strength on the opposite side of my curve ( I have a left-curved penis), and I got a sharp pain -like when you hit your balls- in my left nut. The thing is: should I wait the pain go away, or can I work through the pain using less strength and if I feel anything like that, stop the stretching altogether?
Thanks for the help.

It sounds like you may have squeezed the little tube that comes off of your testicle. Just leave it alone and it should heal within a day or two. Be careful when you do PE. PE is about long term gains not short term damage.

were you doing girth or length work? DLD bends? stretching?

what PE we you doing when this occurred?

yeah,on my 3rd set of basic stretching, out to the right from a standing position. Although I just felt the pain strongly when was doing a basic 150 jelqs session.

hmm ive never experience this myself. like admiral said above it is probably best to take a couple days off. i would imagine you could do very light stretching and do an all day wrap

I would do some massaging and keep it slightly to the right. I'm just saying this because I had a very bad groin injury a few years ago and I noticed that since then my unit has been bent to the left even worse

There is a certain degree of soreness that accompanies stretching so this may just be that, fatigue with some soreness. Without feeling the pain myself it is hard to diagnose but at the worst you may have strained a ligament and in this case taking a couple days off is wise. Practice some deep tissue massage and heat to help things along. When you return to stretching be sure to be progressive in the stretching you use, starting out light and working your way up to 100% intensity, the same goes for any girth work you are doing. Have no fear, things will clear up and you will get back on track.

In situations like this, you should wait for the pains you felt to go away before resuming training. Most times, the pains disappear after a few days of no PE. How much gains have you made so far?
