Hi Guys,

I don't know if this was asked before, for the past month I struggled to get rid of all my discoloration and red spots gathered over the last two years of PE. I tried about 3 skin whitening cremes, aspirin, apple vinegar and I'm quite satisfied so far with the overall whitening of the skin, however I do have a few large red(dark) spots on my shaft caused by intense girth work that don't seem to fade away and it really bugs me. I noticed that even some guys in have dark sots on their dicks even though their dick skin is super white and smooth so it makes me think that there's no way to get rid of them once you get these.

Hope someone had found a solution to at least aleviate the probblem.

It should go away with time, but if you say you have them for a long period of time and they didn't fade away..i don't think they ever will.

I would need to see them to give a proper diagnosis but from the sounds of it, they may be permanent bruises. I have one that never healed. It has faded almost completely but still remains as a darker area. I always tell men NOT to work through bruises, give yourself a few days off till they yellow before starting again. Once a bruise is created and it is continuously irritated it will become permanent.

+1 to everything said above..

They fade in time, eventually a catastrophic scary blowout can become something you forgot even happened until someone writes about the subject and reminds you of it.

Coconut oil and also Emu oil are Great for recovery. I might give a slight nod to Emu oil, but both are awesome.

You might also want to look into an Arnica Cream. Cream specifically for its higher effectiveness than gels, and also Arnica should be the major point of the product, not some analgesic etc with tiny amounts of arnica added.

Also check out taking 2 to 4 grams of Sunflower Lecithin per day. anyone with a penis (or balls, or a brain, or a nervous system) will love this stuff.

Jelqing with coconut oil helps my dick skin a lot

I recently had a pimple develop on the shaft. The first pumping set would darken it, but I just massaged the spot between my index/thumb to diffuse the blood. Then I did my routine which doesn't effect it further. Afterward I band-aid with a drop of hydrocortisone, and it went away gradually.

Second to arnica cream. Great for sports injuries. However best applied immediately after bruising

They are burst capillaries. Avoid aggravating them, by not doing what you were doing to cause them.

Let them heal, any blood spots take time to dissapate. They can darken, as like bruises do.

A great post therapy cream that will help deal with these issues is Hydrocortisone, not the prescribed version, the .1% version you can buy over the counter. I have used it for years and it has kept my skin if fairly good condition considering how much abuse I put the poor guy through:)
