Hi,

I would like to say hello to everyone here. I joined yesterday, it seems like a great place. I have gained around 1/2" EBP and around 3/4" FSBP during past year doing very sporadic Penis Enlargement-ing, mostly DLD blasters (thanks DLD :) ) and some JAI stretches . When I say sporadic I mean I would exercise for about four, five weeks at a time, until life's other duties take over and I quit. Then a couple of months later I would come back at it again for a few weeks... I have done some jelquing couple of years back but it has never done anything for me (other than some minor injuries).

Reason that I joined this forum is to get some help with girth exercises. From what I understand I need to have 100% erection in order to do bends, I tried, however I have a feeling that my dick will fracture if I bend it that much in 100% erect state. It's just too rigid. Does anyone else have such problem, or can I do bends with 85% erection?

If you're fully erect you shouldn't be bending very far, just enough to give some tension. The less erect you are, the more you have to bend to have effect.

I too have been sporadically Penis Enlargement'ing over the last several years. Bends is one of the things I did last year to gain almost 1/4" girth in about a month.

This exercise is very poweful.
It stretches each side of the Tunicae in its erect state, works similer to the JAS extender if ya wll....has a Torsion effect pulling the Tunicae [area of bend] in opposite directions, only other exercises that do this similer action is the TOW and 'S' stretches that I made, but they aint great, also Tunicae fulcrum hanging , so yea this Erect Bend is very good indeed.
I used it a few times and I liked it.

:) I am glad you joined and that Blasters are working for you. Bends are NOT done at 100% erect as earlier thought. I bend at approx.. 85-90% erect. I want to be able to get a very fluent bend and 100% does not facilitate this. I like to be almost hard so I can have a rolling effect up and down the area of bend.

The best girth workout for me is the Girth Busters...NOTHING does what these do.

Yeah, DLD's Girth Busters are crazy. I did the workout....once. But since I'm still looking for at least another 1.25-1.5" EL, I'll hold off on the girth specialization for now - but they work like a bitch.
For now, I'm mostly doing Blasters & a lot of fulcrum stuff (A stretches , V stretches , & a modified Reverse-A that I came up with - it hits the underbelly of the tunica like HELL).

I tried a few bends just after learning of them and they seemed incredible. I'm not going to try anymore until I move into later phases and feel I'm conditioned for such exercise, but I can tell they're really going to provide a workout.
