, I'm not actually doing ANY girth work, all my workouts are manual stretching late at night for just under an hour and then maintnenance stretches throughout the day!
They are not a problem but I was just wondering in case they develop into something?!?!
I get these too, from the base all the way to the top of my foreskin. I get freakin tons of them. I just though there was no way to avoid them. Does this me I should take a day or two off, and start back up easier? Are these spots a good indicator of overtraining? I've read in past posts that some people get them and some don't so I never really put too much thought into them.
I think it depends on how sensitive your skin is. But yeah, i think its a factor maybe not of overtraining but too intense training. Maybe an easier warm up then go into it full force. Or cycle it , one day 100% then one day 80% but for a longer time. Curious to hear
