I always suggest a light routine for life after gains are made. Nothing serious, just some decent work to keep everything in tip top shape. I suggest something as simple and basic as the newbie routine once per week. Maybe, cut the routine in half and go twice a week if you like. The thing is, once we get ourselves into shape it is important to maintain this peek health by light training.

A tiny 6.5 NBPenis EnlargementL x 5.3

Tiny? I was considered big by almost every women I was with before Penis Enlargement and my size was a bit below this. You are already longer by 1" according to average.

Congrats on reaching your goals! I hope to be there one day myself. I'd be perfectly happy with an 8"er.

You gained 2.25 inches in 6 months? That's incredible.

I would definitely carry on with a light exercise as DLD said though. You don't want to lose what you gained and have to start over!

Beat my gain! 2" in six months!

i think i had a unfair advantage thoe LMAO i was useing size gentics and manuals where as you were just useing useing manuals

yea it was not easy thoe i was useing a extender plus manuals and i was commited everyday never missed a day out of the whole 6 months id say i missed only 7 days and that was when i had a flu LMAO. the key is staying commited the gains will come

Reaching the Goal is a creation of inspiration, motivation, smart use of Brotherly advice and believing in oneself beyond any doubts! When someone like you proves this it makes the awareness so much greater that this is the real deal! I completely bow down to your success!

Huge gains!!!

Whenever I read a thread like this all I can do is laugh a little at all the various "Penis Enlargement is a scam!" posts I've run across on MOS here.
Congrats on the gains you've made through dedication and diligence!
