questions

i'm sorry in advance if i post this in the wrong forum. i'm new here and i had some questions.

i bought the power assist and the paying site of MOS and i was wondering how much time does it usually take for the power assist to get here? i live in new jersey btw. and also i'm a hard gainer, do you think a hard gainer would benefit from DLD's first routine? and lastly i think i may have hard flaccid from over masturbating over the years lol. but in all seriously does hard flaccid even exist? and if it does what should i do about it because i want to start Penis Enlargement as soon as possible.
