Which rings/sleeves?

Do these products have specific independent uses?
The sleeves are rated differently for hardness, what would make me choose a separate hardness? How aggressive can I be as rolling them up into a condom can make them difficult to apply, and lube would certainly make my turtling easier and defeat the purpose of the sleeve.
Bonus question: if I get the donut effect even with the silicap, is that a sign of overtraining and I need to take it easier?
Bonus bonus question: the days of doing length or girth work are over, so long as there is an adequate break in between during the day or is it better to specifically target length then girth?
 
They are all cock ring for the same use. I prefer the Duro Ring. That's what I've been using. It is best to target length first before forcing on girth.
I wasn’t sure if you could do both at once haha hate staring at the bathmate not using it until later so I had to ask

Do you mean that as in length work only for a period of time or is it ok to do lengthwork then girtwork in one session? Or should I just stay away from girth work completely when focusing on length?

Many people including myself stayed away from girth work until we got to our length goal. For me, it is tiring to do both length and girth on the same day.

I started at 6 inches and got to 8.25 inches before focusing on girth. You can train length and girth on the same day if You have the strength. I'm just saying it is much easier to concentrate on just one thing at a time.

Thank you for the response brother, and I totally get what you are saying as when I do 40 min of BTC-B stretches it takes me about 1h15min, but if I choose to do the full 5x5x3 as well it’s an whole hour more of work to be done.

Think I’m just gonna stick to doing lengthwork for now and focus on girth later.
