Hey everyone,

Since 3/1/09 here is what I've been doing 2 on....1 off:

--10 minute warm up
--10-15 minutes of stretching (including the __________ stretch)
--10 minutes of wet jelq
--10-15 minutes of stretching later on in the day

So far, I have made NO gains as far as I can tell from measuring. My next measure will be on May 1, marking my two month "comeback" to Penis Enlargement. For those who don't know, I took a brief break after 3+ years in Penis Enlargement with marginal gains.

Should I give my above routine more of a chance to work by sticking with it? Or is it time to step it up? If so, do I step it up by adding another day, like going up to 3 on....1 off? Or add time to my stretching/jelqing? Add more exercises? How would you all proceed if you were in my position?

As always, I appreciate any advise from you all!
 
No, I really never have considered hanging or an extender. Quite honestly, I don't even know what an extender is. Privacy is somewhat of an issue for me, so I'm not too sure how I would get away with hanging. About the only thing I've done so far is add that second set of stretches later on in the day, separate from my main morning routine.
 
tell me now honestly...is your routine intense at all for you? do you feel your penis being exhausted after you are done with your exercises? because that's what you need to feel if you are asking me my friend.

I did my Penis Enlargement for 1hr a day before and 1.5hrs a day nowadays. Between 30-50 min stretching depending in what kind of mood I am in. The rest of my Penis Enlargement:ing is warmup, warmdown, jelqing (20min) and edge:ing...and THAT is what I call instense...I splitted my program up..20-25 min on the morning, the rest on the evening.

I take 0 days off. I've been working every day since I started..NO days off. This is why I gain..in those 4.5 months I've 3.3cm gained (1 inch = 2.54cm).

I hope I gave you some inspiration.

If you are not gaining with this routine it is advisable to move into something more intense. Perhaps a Power Assist will help you in the intensity department.
