PE done daily but in different time of the day vs. the speed of length gains

Can Penis Enlargement length workout done daily but in different time of the day (one day in the morning, the other day in the evening) result in slower length gains?

I heard that the exercises done rhytmically are more effective...

Coming from a weight lifting background I say it can still work you just need to make sure you get rest
 
Most routines I make split the routine throughout the day. I separate the girth from the length because I feel each needs it's own specific mental state. When doing length I want to put my entire mind into length, the same applies to girth. I will also do multiple sets of stretching throughout the day, I don't think you can overtrain length. Girth, I try to keep to one session every 24 hours.
