Hi,
sorry for the new thread but I wasn't sure if this post was right in the Newbie-Routine thread.
I'm pretty new to the PE-world but my start was good, I love it so much I could do it all day. I have one problem with my
routine and hope you can help me out. I'm doing the Kegel-Routine like DLD posted and it works perfectly, I can feel the
muscles and after the 60 sec. hold they are wonderfully tired.
After reading that someone did around 500-700 Kegels a day I started to do the same and thats where my problem started.
Doing that much Kegels worked for a few days but I have problems feeling the muscles during the exercises for 3-4 days now.
Is that because I just do too much Kegels and should take a break and after that start again with lower volume or is it something else?
Maybe someone had a similar problem and can help me...

thanks and have a nice day!

500-700 kegels are too much for a beginner.Stick to 100-200 or something like that, and add another 50-100 as time goes by ( 1 month for exemple ).

Agree. Work your way up to the higher numbers but always continue to add more and more. Today I must do thousands a day, just always squeezing away, getting stronger and stronger.

My way of progression on daily exercises has always been to simply do a certain number of reps and then add a certain number more every week. So week one maybe 100 a day and then week two 110 a day. You will progress slowly this way but slow and steady wins the race.

Yup and just keep adding until you are doing them all day without even realizing it.

Thanks for the help!
I took one week off and after that I started with the 100 Kegels and will progress steadily until I can do DLD's Kegel-Routine.
If I have that routine done and want to add more Kegels, is it better to just add more kegels to that complete routine and do it all at once
or shut I do it throughout the day?

Could you explain why Kegels give you better EQ?
I know that by doing kegels you train the pelvic floor muscles and that will lead to longer erections due to increased blood hold capacity, but why better
EQ or 'stronger erections' specifically?

The Kegel or the flex of all pelvic floor muscles allow you to take on and hold more blood in the penis giving you harder erections. But they also serve to fill the new space made by penis enlargement gains. So as you get bigger, you will want stronger PFM to support this larger size.

You can do the routine all at once. You can also do it multiple times a day if able or desired. The more you Kegel the stronger the PFM become and the more endurance you can handle.
