I have a hard "vein" that runs on the side of my shaft from the base up towards the glands. After researching I learned it was not a vein but lymph node. I have taken almost a week off. I want to get back training. It is still there and NOT sore(not that it was ever really swore). Should I hold off or can I do light PE? Anyone have personal experience? Thanks!!

Try continuing PE as normally and if it does create any problems let us know. Maybe you can tell us how hard it is compared to a normal vein on the penis?

if its not painful or bruised I would keep going

I would continue unless it causes issues. I think your penis will become accustomed to this over time.

It's never a good sign

Pain and Soreness are very different and I wanted to highlight this for newbies. Pain in penis enlargement is sharp and shooting, unbearable pain. Soreness is very different, it is the dull and aching feeling very similar to working out in the gym. Never, ever work through pain but always work through soreness if possible.

soreness means you've worked out well

Bu taking that gym example, again...
If you cannot walk up some stairs for a week after your workout, you're doing something wrong.

That's why you take rest days :) I'm going to start that because my routine is pretty intense so ima do 1 on 1 off

Yes, a good dull aching, soreness is a great place to be after a serious workout. It gives credence to just how hard you worked. This is important to remember though, eventually you will not feel that soreness as much but do not see this a result of a poor workout, the penis just becomes used to PE and the soreness happens less and less. Now, if you get to a state of complete fatigue never waste it! Get in your SizeGenetics or Phallosan, grab your LengthMaster or simply grab your dick and stretch with all you got, this is where you will make the fastest length gains as nothing is holding back the stretch when you have become fatigued.

Nothing wrong with rest days just try to keep the workouts on point. If you want time of shoot for something like 5 days on weekends off, or one on one off, maybe 1 day every 2, you will need to find the best sequence for your situation.

Personally i feel its best to rest right after. I'm learning this from my 5x5 routine for the gym. I go hard with weights and rest the day after to recuperate to do the SAME exercise the day after. It's something I find better suited for intense routines and I've been overlooking this maybe this is why I haven't gained.

I have a down that runs from the base down to my glans on the left side of my penis. It became very visible today but didn't cause any problem though.
