I have used the PF for 2 months and have made zero gains.

I am using it around the waist for 7-10 hours every single day varying between a very high yellow to middle red tension.

Should I try wearing it differently as I can't get the tension to stay any higher than middle red. Phallosan stated that up to 1.9" could be gained after 6 months. I'm 1/3 through with nothing to show yet. Any advice would be appreciated.

You may be like myself, a man who needs extra intensity to see gains. The Phallosan is a great step in the right direction, the biggest reason is it's use while sleeping. I suggest incorporating more exercise and good theory in your routine. I offer the SRT routine to be a good place to start and study. The first post will bring you up to speed on 14 years of Penis Enlargement knowledge. Look over the various exercises and come back to me with how much time you have and we can build a more formidable routine that will get you gaining and keep you gaining.
 
If you can't pull it yourself make life easy and cop a LengthMaster...no slip stretching every time!
 
Do you have a routine along with using the PF? If you're just using the PF without a routine your gains will be slow or non existing.

yeah i think the PF can show results but can take more than the time youd expect i think,adding a good routine can speed the gains up..

After finishing a session or using it when you are at home doing something put the PF on thats waht i do..I think the SG is a great device too and can be be used during the day while you are having your everyday life..
 
The best penis enlargement routine is one that utilizes all modern techniques. SRT is the best routine to follow if you want the fastest gains. SRT should be studied and whatever parts you can include, do so. Even if you have no equipment, there is plenty to learn on gaining and healing.

am a bit doubtful but i like using the device...is a magical Device!!;)

Always best to utilize all available methodology then a single method. Remember that all of my gains came from super-set exercise and tool work.
 
yeah would be hard to believe someone could gain almost 2 inches in six months...

PE takes a lot longer than that my brother. And manual exercises, like the other guys said.
Most importantly, put the ruler away for a while.

Some make very fast initial gains while most do not. PE is not a walk around the block, it is a life dedication. I would think that any man who starts PE would continue for as long as it took to get to the size they want and even then they would probably want more.

SRT should be studied by every man here, the education is applicable to everyone from the most avid PE'er or a Newbie. The education between SRT and the Newbie Routine compliment each other and many of the SRT practices can be employed into the Newbie Routine. SRT is a routine in itself and it is the most powerful routine available but may be too much for a newbie but that does not take away from the important things a newbie can learn from SRT. Study, master and put into practice, healing and gaining and using tools and exercises to make it happen.
