OK guys, I'm sure this question gets asked by most newbies. I'm fairly happy with my size, but I'd really like to add some. (who wouldn't?)
My question is to you veterans--if I stick with the routine, and keep a positive attitude, does this REALLY work??

Cheers

No, stretching ligaments and other body tissues is impossible and has never been done. Ever.

OK, then, I suppose I'll take that as a somewhat sarcastic yes??
thanks for the response!

Yes. And to give you a realistic expectation of what you will gain from the newbie routine, it seems to be that most gain 0.5" or even as much as 1" length (less often) within 2-3 months. Girth gains are much less consistent, but seem to range between 0" and 0.5" circumference. But you must be diligent and consistent.
