Hello everyone, commented on the Introduce yourself thread but I have a lot of question and wanted to introduce myself more.
I'm 18, tried a few different things but never stayed to consistent due to pushing myself to fast and not conditioning myself first.
I need a cloth tape measure to figure out girth but I'm currently 7.75-8'' BPel, I'd guess my girth is around 5-5.5'' mid shaft.

I originally started messing around with PE when I was 16 which I now realize was foolish due to it all being rushed and clumsy. I was 6.25'' back then and started jelqing and got an andropenis soon after but didn't understand the concept of extenders and added rods rapidly etc.
Naturally growing(puberty) combined with me blindly doing those exercises ended up with about 1.25'' length gain in around 2 months. The downside though was it made my base a lot less girth then the rest, I saw the term somewhere on here "baseball bat dick" gets thicker going towards the head. I also got minor stretch marks from it which never went away.

I threw away the andropenis and stopped PE for 6 months and of course got curious again and looked into Bathmates. Ended up getting one and of course being young and dumb immediately tried going for 20 minutes, the glans below the head ballooned really bad for a few days and got scared enough to quit again for awhile. I would try again every few months with 10 minutes but would always get over zealous and hurt myself and quit for what I thought was for good.

I started researching different Tantra methods of edging and started there, of course got curious to what else was out there and stumbled to MoS and felt like a little kid waiting for christmas morning.

Long story short I read up on some routines and started up few days ago. I keep changing it slightly everyday just basing it on what my body tells me.

Just had some questions and was hoping for some feedback.
Heres my routine so far.

5 minutes jelqing/stretching
2.5-4 minutes Bathmate
5 minutes jelqing instead at 75-80% EQ
4 minutes Bathmate
5-10 minutes jelqing 50-75% EQ to end the session
Warm down with massage( all sessions done in shower)
Then edge before bed, resisting cumming twice atleast.
Instead of starting with stretching I do a mixture of stretching and wet jelqing, I only get to about 50% and jelq down going backwards going towards my cheeks slowly and staying at the head for a few seconds to get a stretch. Go behind the cheek to the right then to the left, up to the right etc for 5 minutes. Wondering if anyone has tried this and could tell me if its affective, I definitely noticed jelqing slowing downwards is a intense stretch.

Is 2.5 minutes even worth it in a Bathmate or should I wait until Im more conditioned to use it so I can use it for longer? I tried going for five minutes today with full pressure and even five minutes started having the underside below my head start swelling.

I'm looking to incorporate something post session to keep the gains for longer, I tend to turtle after 30 minutes and its not very motivating. looking at the penimaster with VLC, do you think I should start somewhere more basic until Im more conditioned being I seem to be pretty sensitive? Cock ring, wrapping(not positive on what it is exactly)?

Sorry for the long post and the questions that probably have been asked a thousand times, I dont have very good connection at my house and whenever I try to search anything on here it says no results. also the fact of privacy, I havent had a lot of alone time to figure it all out and want to keep it going everyday.

Remembered few more questions I had based on things I remembered reading on MoS.

I have the original Bathmate and when I pump it two to three times for good pressure I go past the 200mm Mark, also doesn't look like there's alot of room around the shaft, could be the water magnifying effect but either way not a whole lot. I read somewhere on here about pump sizing, if you take up most the room in a pump you don't have a lot of room to grow so you don't gain as much if you pumped for the same time with a pump that's more spacious around you.

Was also looking at the allknight.com ring sets for post sessions to keep gains. Would these be something to work up to or could start using immediately.

went and got a cable clamp and tested it out for 15 minutes playing around with intensity to see what was comfortable and safe to start with. Gonna use it post session today
