New routine

After 3 months of doing One foot long stretches,id like to start a new routine the routine is quite simple 10 mins of LM bundled strtechings. 25 mins of LM expressive stretchings,25 mins of LM mid shaft stretches. since i dont have that much time i can only spend about an hour everyday.

Would like to spend a couple of hours everyday but i just cant for now...luckily im about to get the PF and the SG,n they will help me out whit passive stretching.....

i know the routine is quite simple n im not supposed to expect great gains but is better than nothing.If i ahve some extra time id like to increase the time whit the expressive stretchings maybe to 40 mins.

Hope i can get real help whit the new devices im about to get,would love to try the SG bundled stretches.:).

any suggestions thanks.

If you can get those 40-60mins of those daily, great things are gona come your way.

Id like to lets see what i can do i wish i could spend 2+exercising for the next 6months or something but i dont see it happening>:(

time is a luxury,i get back to my place late,bored,n powerless.weekends is when i can have some extra time,weekdays are a bit hard to do my routines....but ill find some time to start my routine ill start today.

Ill use the BMx40 today want to start my BM routine today too.Is not going to be that easy,but i have to surprise myself whit amazing gains!!.:cool:

Yeah law of attraction can fuck you over as well.

For example you woud want more time to do PE, so law of attraction makes you get fired from your job and then you have 8 extra hours/day to do PE lol
Gotta be careful with law of attraction.

actually having extra time would b fecking amazing,i think most things men do nowadays are a fucking waste of time..lol

jobs,some hobbies etc.There are some countries where people can have a lot more of leisure time.E.G sweden,denmark,norway those countries have the highest living standards IMO.but very few can have access to spend the rest of their lives there.Dont you think.

I think Iceland is amazing too they have a really small population too...

I live in post-communist country where almost 20% of population still look back at communism as "better times", vote communism in elections, because everyone had secured job and "everything was everyones" like you worked for the state and the state took care of you (no matter if the state confiscated companies,buildings, homes and all wealth of the "rich"). So I have probably different opinions about these countries with socialism where you practically dont have to ever work and still live good life with social benefits (where this money come from ? probably someone has to work 2x as hard to make more and pay taxes so someone else can get these in form of social benefits).

Sorry, lets not talk politics. Im probably not fair-minded as in past (not even 60 yrs ago) communists took the home and all lands from my grandad and send him to uranium mine to die.
Europian Union as a whole gets closer to communist practices every day.

yep just to finish if socialism works that way n you dont have to ""break"" your back w orking,how is the population getting the benefits then?If they are doing very little and they are getting great benefits.

Some other countries are getting ""milked"" in order to feed another country..Unless they have a lot of natural resources...

It only works this way if other people work harder "on your behalf", for example entrepreneur whos idea gets other people employed and makes billion, then get some ridicilous "rich people 90% tax", in this concept you dont have rich people and everybody should have approximately the same. If you make million why not tax you 900 000 because you can live good life with 100 000, you cant have more money than you neighbour, no matter if you spend 15hrs/day at work and your neightbour 0.

Exactly the story of country like Norway. Those resources arent endless tho.
 
Thats basically the key for richness,most millionaries and billionaries got hundreds even thousands of employees making the money for them.

Even when taxes are absorbing a big part of their money,they still have tons of money...they have a group of experts taking care of business.

Example I was making with communism with what you say now would be "Hello Mr. Billionaire, nice company you have, well now it belongs to government same as your bank accounts, buildings and lands. You seem to be good with numbers, now you will be governments accountant. If you have any problem with that, we belive you will change your mind in prison".

People "allowed" to have big companies and employees thats completely different, positive story of freedom.
 
Communism is something i know a bit of n yeah is a bad thing to happen if most of them basically want to own the things you have created.

After all is a quite huge issue because creating a system where all of the people in the world would live in complete state of satisfactionn happiness is a wild dream..dont you think.

One of the fewest things we have here that we wouldnt consider as utopia is our chance to get a bigger thicker fatter n more vascular penis,along whit a great confidence n a big smile on our faces.:cool:

All possible with the Brotherhood, all it takes is complete dedication and the ability to ask for help when you need it. Using the Brotherhood to get to where you want to be is just how this should be done.
