ive recently started to edge to improve my staying power, ive been edging for an hour then bustin a nut after. whats just happend has confused me, when i've been edging i watch �naked people movies� and just wank until i can feel the cummin sensation start then i hold either a strong kegel or reverse kegel i'm quite new to this so i'm trying different techniques to find what works best i cant really tell the difference, i find they both have the same affect :/ also i squeeze either the base of the shaft or squeeze just under the glans, again i'm just expirimenting atm but both seem like they have the same effect tbh. I was coming up to around the 45 minute mark and i felt like i was going to cum at any moment but this time i thought i went a little to far and was at the ponr, i squeezed the shaft and held a very hard reverse kegel i felt a couple small spasms in the base and the feeling of the orgasm went away but i did ejaculate a little, after this i was still hard not fully hard but definaltley hard enough to carry on which i did and it felt like i was now able to wank like i've just started all over again my balls were aching a little like they were full but actually i was less turned on and really had to get myself in the mood again with the �naked people movies�, so i assumed that this was my first multi orgasm expirience i was really happy i achieved this but about 15 minutes later i decided to actually let go this time so i thought i was about to unleash a massive load but i had the orgasm feeling but hardly anything came out just a couple drops tbh so i i'm just confused why nothing came out the 2nd time :/ i went back to being flaccid but my balls are still aching a little nothing uncomfortable or anything just feel a little full lol any ideas or comments bros?.
 
This happens as you are learning the process where the second orgasm is not as intense as the first would have been. Over time you will get to the point where the first orgasm causes no spasms because you will catch it before it happens. When you become proficient you should be able to do this as many times as you like but it will take more practice in the sequence of kegels and reverse kegels. For me it was the same in the beginning, I would go to the PONR and end up having a few spasms but the erection would remain with a little loss of eq. As time went on I eventually got to the point that I was able to stop it just before the spasms and the orgasm would cease and I would be left with a full erection. This is the best technique to master as it will make you a master in bed. It also works in the way that once mastered you will be able to cum on command. It is all worth the time and effort.
 
that makes sense thanks DLD i appreciate your advice :) im going to keep practing this every 2 or 3 days until i can master it and get to the point which you mentioned about doing this as many times as i want :) that wud be awsome i can definatley understand and believe it works because after this happend to me 2night even tho i went a little to far and had the spasms i was still erect with less eq exaclty how youve just described but the thought of actually cumming was a long way away, i actually had to work at it the 2nd time. I have read another post by you about reverse psychology which made sense to me because ive had times when ive been having sex while being drunk and its been well over an hour and i just keep thinking to myself "come on cum now" and i was trying so hard to cum that it just made it impossible lol kind of ironic lol so when im edging i try and conivice myself and think like i want to cum, then after ive reached the hour i then start thinkin and trying not to cum to have the opposite effect. its hard to trick your mind into this because you know your trying to trick yourself lol but i think with practice and gettin the technique perfected it can be done. ive noticed that when edging as soon as the i get the sort of tingley feeling like cumming is a few minutes away i do a strong kegel for about 3 secs while still masturbating then realease the kegel and it seems to delay the feeling a for a little bit, then i keep repeating this until i get to the point where doing this doesnt make a difference, if i carry on masturbating im cummin regardless so then i switch just before the ponr to a strong reverse kegel which is how i managed to ejaculate but still have erection after. is this the correct way to use the kegel and reverse kegel mate? the reason i ask is like i mentioned in the previous post it seems to me that if i k or rk they seem to have the same effect, i cant really feel if one is helping me prolong cummming and the other is pushin me close to cummin they both seem to have the same outcome so whhich one should i be using to prolong? thanks again buddy your a star :p
 
Aaaah, nothing like trying to see what works for you! I have the same- I RK and I cum a little, but remain hard (not at 100% though) and can go on. I still need to practice it more as I've not mastered it yet. But soon enough!

I did not get the reverse psychology thingy- can you explain it again? Also- take a look at the Pre-E thread in my sig- it sure took me some time and effort to finish it, I think it is a good read! :)

that sounds interesting the only thing ive really been tryin is to keep taking slow deep breaths to try and stay relaxed and not get too excitied by controlling my breathing but its very difficult lol how would i start on mediatation? this is litterally the first time ive ever even thought about meditation so im clueless, the thought has never occured to me until you've just mentioned it so thanks mate. Am i right in thinking that you can get used to getting your brain into a relaxed state by meditating then use the same technique during sex?

This is a great way to avoid orgasm. Reverse psychology would be saying to yourself "I am going to cum too quickly" over and over until the thought becomes useless and the opposite sets in. This is one of the techniques from the members site.
 
is it ok to ejaculate after each edging session? or am i meant to bring my self to the ponr 2 or 3 times then stop edging and thats the session over? im not sure whats best for building stamina

After you practice for a while I think it is important to let one off. A lot of pressure is happening during the edging process and releasing this after a good session is smart in my opinion. If I don't I end up getting serious aching in my scrotum. If you are worried about turtling I suggest using Uncle Jims Wrapping Technique after to keep you stretched out. Or what I do is a good 10-15 minute session of manual stretching or wear the SizeGenetics for a set or two.

I get them from time to time ( on no fap) but lately I have been ejaculating tiny amounts when edging, no idea what's cause that!
