I have been doing phase 1 for exactly 5 weeks and gained 0.5 reaching 7.5 inches,I took a new measurement today but no gains, should I move on to phase 2 or give phase 1 more time? I read that someone gained 2 inches with that routine and 0.5 is frankly not satisfying to me :p

So how long did it take you to reach that .5" gain? Was it 5 weeks or have you been at it 5 weeks and made your .5" gain half way?

1/2" in 5 weeks is a tremendous accomplishment! That equates to 1/10th of an inch per week, or over 5" in a year!! That's beyond world-record territory. Your enthusiasm is commendable, but I'd suggest tempering it just a tad and realize PE is far more of a marathon than a sprint. Take note of where you are today, and check-in quarterly to make sure you're still on-track, but also expect some slow-downs along the way.
Best of luck!

Halfway I guess,I took a measurement at week 3 I believe and another one today at week five

.5" inches in three weeks is amazing. Not even DLD which is probably the fastest gainer known accomplished that. You did it twice as fast.

Keep it up.

Thank you very much for your kind words and motivation. So you think it's a good idea to stay with phase 1 for a longer while that 5 weeks?

I think it's a good idea to do whatever it is that you're doing, don't mess with success!

lol, thats very motivating to hear. hope to accomplish a fraction of what he did.but the problem is that I haven't seen any change, not even a slight change, for the last two weeks. Is that normal?

My bad...it was DLD you were referring to

It took DLD 6 months to gain his first two inches, that is super quick btw hasnt been replicated to my knowledge. Then it took him was it 8 or 10 more years for the rest 2 inches he gained.

You are beating him right now.

why did it take him that long to gain two more inches? whats the science behind that lol

It all depends how many exercises you implement, which exercises and how long you work for it. I started off with 20 minutes, built up to 1 hour and 30 minutes and thats why it took me long. DLD was doing this stuff for hours with minimal rest days even when he was barely starting thats why he gained so much in so little time. And that is also why it was easier for him to gain 2 inches more after a couple more years.

Its called newbie gains, after some times it gets tougher. Otherwise you would see 20" dicks around here.

It can take along time to make gains especially after newbie gains. I wouldn't change a thing with gains like that. If you start to go a few months without gains then look to change

First congratulations on the gains you have made, as others have said they are similar to my own. I gained my first 2 inches in length in the first 6 months with a gain of 1/2" in girth. These were partially newbie gains but predominately new exercises I invented and implemented. After this it took me another 10 years to add the rest. This is very normal, as the penis becomes larger it increases slower but it will never stop increasing, it just becomes a situation of adding enough intensity to make a bigger cock grow. As far as going into Phase 2, I suggest forgoing Phase 2 and going with SRT, it is just a better routine, you will make quicker and safer gains while allowing your penis to heal in the best ways.

Your goals could be made through newbie gains if they be modest enough but if going for a 11 inch penis, plan on digging in for a decade.

My goal is 9.5 non pressed, could I add those 2 inches through newbie gains? and my understanding it that devices are used during SRT,correct?
